When staying at Harte's Desire Cabin you'll have everything you need for the perfect getaway! In the kitchen you’ll find a Brita water pitcher as well as a full service coffee bar complete with coffee grounds, creamer, and sugars. There are pots, pans, basic spices, silverware, plates, bowls, etc. in the kitchen all available for your use.

Step into the living room and you’ll find a flatscreen TV with basic Cable and Netflix, an adorable photo wall, a wood burning fireplace, and a comfy couch to kick back and relax on. There is a newly added cocktail table video game machine with over 4,000 classic video games to choose from. You’ll also find games like Monopoly, Uno, and Scrabble, plus a full size, arcade-style pinball machine!

Our back deck is a great place to hang out at and look at the stars on our cozy outdoor sectional, or enjoy the propane fire pit at the outdoor dining table. Have a summer evening BBQ with the family using the charcoal grill. String lights are featured along the entire back deck to make the evenings even more magical :)

Our bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with trendy cabin decor. Every bed is complete with crisp white linens! A full set of plush bath linens are also provided for each guest.

Bedroom 1: California King bed + Full size bed (room sleeps 4). This bedroom also has a large comfy bean bag.

The host was very communicative and gave us very clear check-in info. The house was very clean, well stocked, and very well looked after for a rental home. Great location of stay

Like the overall ambience of house The location is great for snowplay, 15 minutes to snowfights. The house internal is darker than pics shown The other room with king/ full bed is cooler than other spaces in the house.

Nice get away

Is a great place to stay with plenty of room. Exactly as described. Unfortunately the pinball machine was down during our stay. But Kailani went ahead and got our group a round of mini golf for the inconvenience which we really enjoyed. Kailani was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Comfy and Convenient

We stayed here for a snow weekend (split between Dodge Ridge and Leland Snow Park). It's about 30 minutes up the mountain to the snow from Twain Harte. Very clean, kids loved the arcade games. Even though it is only two bedrooms, lots of comfortable beds/plenty of space for everyone to sleep (there were 5 of us: me, my husband, three kids). We will come back.

I recommend this property for your summer twain Harte stay! Came with my two boys. Pros: +Twain Harte lake access +central location close to downtown fun +central ac +opposite end bedrooms for space +easy street level parking +easy trash access +fun arcade +shoes off home (which i do in my home, too!) so cleaner than usual , *but see suggestions. + well appointed kitchen* + good water pressure + fast reliable wifi + flexible host + cute cabiny decor + it had a good happy feeling to it ! Suggestions to make it a 5! :) -the master bath had someone’s short dark curly hair on floor . Dated in baths/could use a good coat of bleach spray on grout etc. cleaning could be more thorough for a shoes off policy . - include procedures on the website that QR code links to for extra ease - I couldn’t find a toaster ,but I didn’t ask - add a dishwasher in future or charge a little extra for cleaner to do dishes at check out would be awesome ! ;) - some sample sized toiletries and Kleenex boxes would be a nice touch - black out shades or curtains - add a washable couch cover or blanket . It had some tape on it and a rip . I was nervous about us creating any further damage! :) My boys had fun and thank you so much for sharing your home !

The house was clean and well equipped!

There was plenty of beds to choose from and super comfortable bedding and pillows. There was 2 video games machines (which my kids were thrilled about). Less than 5 min drive to downtown Twain Hart, the lake and golf course. Will stay her again!

Such a Comfy and Clean Cabin

Very clean. We played board games and pin ball all night. Ended the night with a movie all snuggled on the couch. Will come back again.

Winter family fun!

My family and I have never stayed near the snow. This was our first experience with this type of scenery. My kids were so excited and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was well equipped for a family. Equipped with the necessary essentials. Would highly recommend!!!
