Enjoy the view of the ocean, Fort Boyard and the island of Aix from the terrace. Spacious and bright house to accommodate a family or 2 couples of friends. You will have on the ground floor a master suite with a 160 bed with shower room, a living room with sea view, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Upstairs 2 other bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the second with a 90 cm bed.
A magnificent terrace overlooks the port of Loiron with its colourful cabins that you can reach by a small path located 30m from the house. The beach of La Platère is 500m away and the seaside resort of Châtelaillon is 3km away along the seaside on foot or by bike (possibility to rent bikes in Châtelaillon).
You can park 2 vehicles in the courtyard at the front of the house. The street is one-way there is very little traffic. The heart of the village is a 5-minute walk away where you will find bakery, bar-tabac, caterer, market, pizzeria, creperie...
House fully equipped for your comfort: toaster, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, deckchairs.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is included.
