With plenty of room for the whole family, this bright space features a fully stocked kitchen, loft bedroom, downstairs bedroom, deck and 1 acre yard, fire pit and newly renovated bathroom.

Enjoy hiking, boating, snowmobiling, skiing, golf, family activities, historic sites or just a relaxing week away from the rush of real life! Just a few minutes away from boat launches at Champlain and Lake George. Bring your boats and your friends!

A bright space for nature lovers, guests can enjoy this comfortable space big enough for the whole family with a large backyard with a deck, picnic tables and a fire pit for summertime smore roasting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need from pots and pans and a coffee bar to a blender, microwave and more. The house features an airy loft bedroom with king bed and futon and the downstairs "fish" bedroom with a full bed and closet/dresser. The living room features a large pullout leather sectional couch (and recliners!) which is perfect to cozy up on to watch your favorite movie after a long day of adventure. Completely refinished bathroom with tile flooring and walk in shower. The space also includes a desk for finishing up that work project. Play a board game or do a puzzle on a rainy day or set up the cornhole on a sunny one! Bring your sense of adventure and be ready to explore everything in the area. Winter views of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains of Vermont from the loft window.

Very good amount of space with great outdoor area for our dog. Not much was available for kitchen needs, but that could be from previous renters losing or breaking dishes/ utensils. We really appreciated having the use of a washer and dryer and some basics of toilet paper and and soaps. we did find several items in the freezer they must have forgotten about, but we just tossed them out in the bin. would stay again.

Great time in Ticonderoga!

Great trip in the Adirondacks! The yard was perfect for parking our bass boats. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Nice quiet area, close to boat launches on Lake Champlain and Lake George. We will definitely be back.

Great all around experience

The house was very clean and well organized. The owners really take the time to make sure that all of the little details are taken care of. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need! The location is very private yet very close to town and both Lake Champlain and Lake George. The backyard was great for our 2 Australian shepherds that just loved being outside running around. Communication with the host was fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, we will definitely be back!

2nd time we’ve stayed here and would stay again but was not cleaned!

When we checked in it there were dead bugs everywhere. For the most part the house was clean but there were a few areas that were not touched such as the floor in front of the sliders where there were tons of dead bugs. The bathroom counter hadn’t been cleaned, and there were crumbs on top of the microwave and there was leftover food in the refrigerator. There were also dead bugs on the window sills. The owner was very responsive and said they’d speak to the cleaning crew and apologized and offered to send someone there to clean it, which I appreciated but was just not feasible. They did refund the cleaning fee but it was apparent that the cleaning crew hadn’t been there in some time. I had to clean it myself. Overall the house is nice and in a great location and we would give it a try again.

We have enjoyed spending time in the Adirondacks and especially Lake George for a combined 30+ years. We've been exploring it for years and still find new coves or fun islands every time we are on the lake; we were even engaged on the lake! As avid explorers, we enjoy boating and hiking with our three fur-kids. We love staying at the Lake Loft and sharing it with travelers, friends and family. This is our home away from home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The Lake Loft is uniquely located in close proximity to several lakes, incredible hiking with beautiful views as well as a scenic drive to Burlington, VT. It's remote, but conveniently located close enough to local amenities. There's something for everyone in the area and at the end of the day you can relax on the comfy couch or enjoy a meal on the back deck overlooking the beautiful backyard. Cuddle up to a campfire under the stars to finish your evening.
