About this property

Private House on the Waterfront in Quiet Beach Neighborhood.

Situated on a quiet street on Camano Island's Madrona Beach, this villa has it all. Heated swimming pool (May-Sep), private yard, a patio overlooking the beach, outdoor dining... And that's just the outside. Inside boasts a modern kitchen, a premium espresso machine with milk frother, theater, Sonos audio, and gigabit internet. The downstairs primary bedroom is perfect for people with mobility limitations. Camano Island is full of natural beauty, but you won't want to leave the house.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. As guests of our home, you are encouraged to enjoy yourself, but to also be respectful of our neighbors. They're very nice and we value their right to enjoy their surroundings as much as we do.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited unless approved by the host before booking. Visitors not included in the booking are also prohibited unless approved before check in.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoors of the property but must be mindful that this is a residential neighborhood, not a resort. A noise management solution will be in use to monitor excess noise. It does not record or monitor conversations but will notify the host if the noise level is excessive.

The pool season is late May through September. The weather and other conditions can limit the season. Because of this, I cannot guarantee that the pool will be open during your stay. Also, if you're booking the home primarily for the pool, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. Please inquire if you need more details.

It is unsafe to Kayak in the Puget Sound except during the warmest months (mid June-early September). I strongly discourage the use during these periods.

A waiver must be signed when the pool is open or kayaks are available. Even if you do not plan on using the facilities, it must be signed. This is done electronically during the screening process.

All of us loved the home. It is even nicer than the pictures. All of the spaces were very comfortable, especially the sun room. We got to see a few beautiful sunsets over the water. It was fun watching the birds and squirrels in the back yard. Michael was very quick to respond to a y question we had. He's an excellent host. We would easily stay there again!

Quick work retreat

We had a great time staying at the property. It was an exceptionally clean and nice place to stay. The weather was nice enough to where we could get outside and enjoy the yard overlooking the Puget Sound.The timing was perfect, so we could go enjoy the tulip festival In Mount Vernon.

Relaxing vacation spot

Property was very well maintained and well stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. Amazing view of the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Lots of comfy spots in the home to relax, read a book and play games with the family. Highly recommend.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Located on the bluff with amazing water views. We enjoyed all the high end amenities. Everything is there for a relaxing, peaceful stay. I highly recommend this property. Quiet location. Not far from a great coffee shop and bakery. Easy walk to the water.

Our Favorite PNW Vacation Home

This is our 4th time staying in this home and 3rd time with Michael as the owner. Check directions are very clear and house it spotless. Michael is an excellent communicator and as repeat visitors he is very kind to us. He takes our suggestions seriously and implements changes based on what we suggest. The PNW is gorgeous in the summer so we choose not to travel far but instead have made this an annual tradition. We love the pool, the view, the design of the house and mainly camp out happily at the house. This is our happy place.

Hidden Oasis For the Tulip Festival

This place is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view overlooking the ocean. Lush landscaping , well-appointed and stocked with everything you need for the perfect get-away! The host Michael was very accomodating to all of our needs and even allowed us to check-in early as guests were arriving at different times from the east coast.Morning views with a cup of coffee were our favorite. If you are traveling to the area and want a place that is home away from home, you need this house on your itinerary. Truly magnificent! We will be staying here again-thanks Michael.

Beautiful retreat!

Our family of 6 stayed for a week in this beautiful home. Everything was just as advertised! The owner, Michael, was extremely prompt in responding to any questions we had during the stay. The view is gorgeous. Opening the front door, you are greeted with a view that went straight to the water. Every time we walked in the house, it was a delight! We spent most of our down time in the sunroom, lounging or playing games at the table. The location is pretty far from city life and that suited us just perfectly. Thank you, Michael, for an amazing home away from home!

This property is the perfect place for your family vacation. It met all of our needs with the beautiful sunsets. It's quiet and absolutely loved the fire pit overlooking the beach and bay. Cozing up next to the gas fireplace in the morning with coffe was fabulous. Would differently stay here again.

Beautiful Home for All Seasons

This is a beautiful, well-appointed home in any season. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The kitchen is stocked for cooking and baking and has a lovely view of the water. The furniture and linens are inviting and comfortable. My family has all three stays in this lovely home.

What makes this property unique

This home is quiet, but not too remote. A half hour to I-5, a little over an hour to Seattle, and about 2 hours to Vancouver. The view is stunning, and the house is beautiful. It is the perfect place to escape without being so far away you feel isolated.
