We had a wonderful stay at this beach house and it made for a perfect birthday getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views that made it easy to relax and unwind.The house had everything we needed for a great stay, and it was clear the hosts put thought into making guests feel welcome. It was a great place to spend time together and celebrate a special occasion.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape and would happily stay here again.

Great communication, easy checkin/out.Gorgeous setting with the beach right there. Highly recommended this cabin for a laid-back long weekend. Kitchen tools were excellent and the knives were actually sharp!!!Watch your step as you head to the beach though- there isn’t really a graceful step down or up the little head wall. Overall a great getaway and we’d come here again.

This sweet cottage had everything we needed for a great getaway to the island! Our favorites were that it was impeccably clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the furniture was comfortable! And the location was as fantastic, we loved sitting out on the beachfront deck with coffee and under the covered deck when it was drizzling. We’re looking forward to coming back in the summer!

The view is what makes this place great. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, dishes and silverware. The shower was hot and has great pressure and the beds were comfortable but a bit warm. There was an ant issue. Traps were under counters but spray for guests would have been helpful. Young people would have no problem getting onto the beach but it was too much for my 86yo mil to get down. We had to go to the public county park for her to get on the beach. Communication with management was great.
Deck at the wooden bulk head. The deck is about 4ft from the sand at the time we were there.

The stay provided an incredible space that allowed our family to gather for a celebration of life event. The deck alone is capable of earning a 5-star review; on top of that, the house, amenities, options, and management team provided a great experience. Every morning, we were flanked by Bald Eagles and drive-by swims from Harbor Seals.

Nice beachfront location. Great place to watch the tide come in and out. Amazing communication with the local team! It was rather warm, and they immediately provided me with a fan. Extremely clean and comfortable kitchen and living room. The only issue we had was that there is absolutely no storage in either bedroom for clothes. You need to be prepared to work out of your suitcase. This wasn't a problem for us because we were only a party of 2, so we used the other bedroom. 4 adults with 4 suitcases in this cozy home would be challenging.

A Truly Great Experience/ Stay

From the moment we pulled into the well-manicured yard and walked to the back entrance, we were impressed. The hosts had thought of so many little extras, and the decor was absolutely darling. We were delighted to find beautiful fresh flowers and upgraded bath lotions and soaps that smelled just like a spa. The cottage was also impeccably clean and had no strong odors, which is so important for those with allergies.What truly sets this little cottage apart from the rest we considered is its amazing location. It is just steps outside the back door to the water! We enjoyed bringing our own groceries and barbecuing every night, sipping cocktails and chatting with the friendly neighbors. (the groceries here are very expensive, so we were happy we brought the cooler).It was such a pleasure and so relaxing to watch the deer, eagles, and sea hawks. The cute little sea lion was an added bonus!This amazing location is close to so many things, and our stay truly exceeded all of our expectations. The only thing we were disappointed with was when our stay was over! We give it a 5-star rating! Thank you for such a great experience.Note: the furniture is made for small spaces, could not open/ sleep with doors opened in one of the bedrooms/ no screens. No screens on the patio doors- they may want to get something like that installed, also a nice ceiling fan to move the air around …because we could not leave patio doors open.
