The hotel it’s self is not super clean and has a lot of odor but the room that’s rented is quite cozy. There’s always little things like random noises and toilets not working properly but that’s kind of expected anywhere. Overall nice place.

The condo was easy to access and a convenient location. The hosts provided many items for guests to use at the beach that were very nice and much appreciated. I would stay there again for sure!

The room was spotless, well equipped and beautiful. Communication with Kelly was perfect. The overall property facilities are not good. The pool was not clean and the beach access was rough. Kelly's condo made up for that and we did have a great time.

It was nice, the hotel is undergoing maintenance but the room had a really nice view and it was clean, I liked staying there. The hosts also went the extra mile and left us goodies and they were really nice.

Clean, nicely decorated room. Nice big bathroom with dual sinks and big jacuzzi tub & shower. Great side view of the ocean. Not much place to sit out, but pretty. The property has plenty of places to sit & work or relax.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very clean; everything we needed was there. Conveniently located. We had a small issue using the electronic key pad and the owner was very responsive and walked us through each step in order to enter the condo. I would recommend this unit to any and all.

Not due to the owner but it definitely had a smell. The balcony isn’t really one you can sit & enjoy, standing room only. Beach access was easy but coming off the beach was difficult as you had to walk around the property to the front door & to back in with all your things that way. It was conveniently located close by to a grocery store, dollar store, tropical smoothie, a few restaurants & the boardwalk was more than walking distance, but short drive. There parking situation was rough, the garage is closed so they had a lot next door separated by a fence that made it inconvenient when it was raining as there is no cover walking back to the hotel. I will say the shower/tub was excellent, the bed was very comfortable & it was nice & cool in the room each day we came back to it. The restaurant, tiki bar, & 1 outdoor pool was closed. I didn’t see anyone working out there to fix it either. I enjoyed my first vacation in 3 years & Daytona is always a place i’ll come back to visit. It was decently priced for what we stayed. I appreciate the easy communication with owner & it was very nice, polite, & respectful.

Wonderful stay!!

We had such a great stay at this listing! Room was more than accommodating.. so clean!! Beds were so comfortable!!! Host even left a little welcome basket and was so quick with responses!! Will be back!! The pool and beach area and location were just right!

Quick Stay

While the neighborhood seems to be in transition, and parking (like we were apprised of by property manager) was a little tricky, our room was very nice. Very clean, and well thought out. We had a great stay and recommend it!

Enjoyed condo. Everything was clean. Jetted tub was very nice and relaxing. Location was perfect for walking. Everyone was friendly, I felt comfortable and safe.It was a bummer the resort was under so much refurbishing. Only one elevator worked most of the time of my stay. Over all it was great! The host provided many extras in the condo that I found thoughtful and considerate.
