About this property

Holidays - in the midst of nature - hiking in the countryside - mountain retreat

Close to nature, our grown family business is surrounded by mountain meadows on the sunny side of the Vinschgau. The apartment has a terrace without direct mountain or valley view. For an additional charge we also offer breakfast. The breakfast consists of mainly regional and own products. Our apartment is designed in wood construction. Only in the summer of 10. 06. - the indoor swimming pool in operation. Wi-Fi is free in public areas. The bed linen is available. Please bring your own towels and tea towels, they are not available or can be rented for an extra charge.
From February we also rent snow and mountain lovers, skiers, ski tourers, snowshoers u. Winter hiker.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Urlaub inmitten der Natur

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber perfekt,man hat uns unseren Urlaub machen lassen. Wenn fragen waren,waren die Gastgeber zur Stelle, mit aller Höflichkeit und Zuvorkommend. Es waren sehr schöne 14 Tage. Mit dem Hund war es super das wir nicht durchs Haus mußte, sondern über die Terrasse. Alles in allem sehr zu Empfehlen. Gerne wieder, aber wir möchten noch andere Orte sehen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Hat perfekt gepasst

Habe Tagestouren gemacht, bin morgens die Wanderwege im nahegelegenen Naturpark Stilfserjoch angefahren und abends wieder zurück. Dann eine Kleinigkeit gekocht und gelesen. Hat dafür perfekt gepasst.

Entspannung pur mit super Aussicht

Das ganze Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich und warm eingerichtet. Das schöne Schwimmbad hilft über trübe Tage hinweg und wenn man einen vorzüglichen Kaiserschmarrn genießen möchte, braucht man sich nur beim Hausherrn zu melden, denn er zaubert in seiner Küche diverse Köstlichkeiten. Man kann vom Haus aus direkt in die wunderschönen Waal-Wanderwege einsteigen und vom hektischen Alltag abschalten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Traumblick, ruhig gelegen.

Ein sehr ruhig am Berg gelegenes Ferienheim/Hotel mit Panoramablick... Nette Gastgeber, gute Wander- und Radfahrmöglichkeiten direkt ab dem Objekt. Schwimmbad haben wir fast immer alleine benutzt, ebenfalls mit super Aussicht. Die Ferienwohnung war direkt mit PKW anfahrbar, gut zum entladen und auf der Terrasse konnten wir unsere Fahrräder parken. Küche war voll ausgestattet, ausreichend für unsere Selbstversorgung. Einziger Abzug waren leider die quietschenden/knarrenden Betten, dort wäre Handlungsbedarf. Wir haben mit ein paar Pappeinlegern für Ruhe gesorgt. Die Terrasse teilt man sich mit Bewohnern der 2. Ferienwohnung nebenan, was aber kein Thema war, wir haben uns gut mit den Nachbarn verstanden. Die Hunde dann irgendwann auch.... Alles in allem würden wir dieses Objekt empfehlen. Preis/Leistung passt..... 😉

Süstirol-Urlaub der besonderen Art

Sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt, kommen gerne wieder. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Pensionsbetreiber. Toller Indoorpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Alpenpanorama.

Appartement am Sonnenhang bei Sonnenschein

Appartement innerhalb eines familiär geführten Objektes, in dem man alles vorfindet was man braucht. Praktisch, dabei geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Gegen Aufpreis sind weitere Leistungen zubuchbar, aber kein muss. Umliegende Highlight`s sind schnell erreicht, wandern vom Objekt aus sehr gut möglich. Wir haben uns bei Familie Kuppelwieser sehr wohl gefühlt und können Sie nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit, ach ja und den wundervollen Pool mit Berg- und Talblick! Gabi und Axel
