We have sought out to equip our home to a high standard to anticipate your needs by providing the amenities you might want or need for an exceptional, relaxed and comfortable stay for your family.

In addition, Casa Sandia is equipped with a power generator, water storage tank and solar water heater.

The space

Linen, fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioned, Wifi, TV, games, USB charging outlets, hairdryer, iron, steamer, bath and beach towels, basic toiletries, beach chairs, hammocks, cooler, coffee and coffee expreso maker, filtered water are provided as a standard.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room and a kitchen island. Down stairs guest with accommodations for two can enjoy their separate space with queen size bed kitchenette, full bath, private entrance and patio with sea and mountain views.

We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to enjoy our swimming pool 12ft wide x 35ft long and with a depth of up to 8ft! Therefore, we want to emphasize that children must always be accompanied by an adult who can provide assistance in the event of a water emergency. Their presence ensures a higher level of safety and quick response when needed. In addition, to ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly request your cooperation in following these important pool rules:


1. Shower Before Entering: Please remember to shower before entering the pool. This helps maintain a clean and hygienic swimming environment for everyone's enjoyment.


2. Children Must be Accompanied: For the safety of all children, those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. An adult's presence ensures that immediate assistance is available in case of a water emergency.


3. Enter Feet First: Always enter the pool using the "feet first" method. It is crucial to prevent accidents and injuries, especially in areas with varying depths.


4. Swim with a Friend: We strongly recommend swimming with a friend or family member for added safety. Having someone by your side can be invaluable in the event of an emergency.


5. No Alcohol or Drugs: Please refrain from swimming if you have consumed alcohol or drugs. These substances impair judgment and coordination, posing a significant risk to your safety and the safety of others.


6. No Diving: Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited. Diving can lead to severe injuries or even fatalities. By adhering to this rule, we can maintain a secure environment for everyone.


7. No Glass in Pool Area: To prevent accidents and injuries, we kindly request that you avoid bringing glass items into the pool area. Opt for plastic or non-breakable containers instead.


8. No Running, Jumping, or Horseplay: Please refrain from running, jumping, or engaging in horseplay around the pool. These activities increase the risk of accidents and jeopardize the safety of all pool users.


Please note that Juanka, our pool maintenance service provider, will be visiting the property every Wednesday to clean the pool. To maintain safety during this time, we kindly request that you vacate the pool deck while the cleaning process takes place. This typically lasts around 30 minutes. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.


Our swimming pool is a saltwater pool, and we strive to maintain water quality with minimal chemical usage. This approach ensures a more pleasant swimming experience for our guests while prioritizing safety and environmental considerations.


*** Guests must avoid walking on the pool external side since there is no safety railing.


***The switch for the pool lights is located besides the outdoor shower. Please make sure to turn the lights off if no one is using the pool to avoid bugs from entering the pool at night.


STAINLESS STEEL OR STAIR RAILINGS


Guests must not step nor climb on the stainless steel or stair railings to avoid accidents. Any damage to these railings requiring repairs will be charged directly to the guests.
