Perched on the edge of the magnificent Poipu coastline, this intimate resort is home to just twelve oceanfront Kauai condos and features spectacular views as well as a dramatic coastline swimming pool, sundeck and BBQ. Located in the heart of Poipu Beach, you have access to all that Poipu Beach has to offer; sandy beaches for swimming and snorkeling, golf, shopping and more. Wake up to the sounds of the sea, watch sea turtles and seasonal whales from your lanai, enjoy spectacular island sunsets, tropical breezes and all in the comfort of your Kauai vacation home.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

We absolutely loved staying in this oceanfront condo! We saw whales breaching and turtles surfing the waves from our lanai. We could hear the waves crashing on the rocks just outside while resting in bed falling asleep to the ocean sounds. We would absolutely stay here again. This is a true gem.

We enjoyed the lanai fully morning and evening watching turtles and dolphins. The beach amenities were great and used the umbrellas and chairs. We had a lovely time snorkeling and playing in the waves at the nearby beaches and had some fabulous meals at local restaurants. Would recommend this place highly.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, all necessary amenities included, even a washer/dryer and dishwasher! 3rd floor views can't be beat, and the lanai is perfect for soaking it in. The only suggestion I would make is to add AC:)

Amazing home in an amazing location. The home has amazing views and the deck and pool are a great way to spend an afternoon. The location is perfectly situated between Poipu Beach and the great hiking around Shipwreck. I look forward to staying here again.

The view from the deck was wonderful, we could sleep with the screen only and hear the waves against the lava rocks. It was an easy walk to beaches and shaved ice and Puka dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean and had a homey feeling.

Beautiful property

We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay! It was clean, gorgeous view and great communication with the staff! Any questions I had were answered right away! Beds were very comfortable as well! We also could see sea turtles, whales and seals playing in the water. It was a great experience!

We had our family stay at this property. It had a great view. Everything we wanted was there. We were happy to have all the amenities available to us. Location can’t be beat

Location, location, location. On our first day we spotted whales, dolphins, turtles. At this time of the year you can watch both the sunrise and sunset from your lanai with coffee or G&T in hand. The condo was comfortable and a good size for us-might be too small for some but we come for the view. Would happily stay here again.

Excellent location with a beautiful view and walking distance to Poipu Beach. Ample parking. Well equipped kitchen. Strong wifi. Clean. Only complaint is bedrooms are small. Master bedroom doesn’t have privacy with a sliding shutter door dividing it from the living room. Twin bedroom could use a dresser.

Great Poipu Stay

Ocean front condo, top floor with a beautiful view! We saw turtles daily from the Lani! The condo is well stocked for everything you need in the kitchen and there is beach chairs and coolers to use also, I would stay here again, no air conditioning but, with the ocean breeze and fans in the rooms it was comfortable.
