Hard to be upset when you’re in Hawaii but the photos that this property has on its listing are so misleading. It’s not on the beach,but fairly close,has no a/c and was ridiculously hot inside,and the grounds and pool in the photos are of the resort next door and a bar/restaurant a half mile down the road. Definitely would not stay there again

It is not hard FOR ME to be upset with this guest for misrepresenting this property, not us. The pictures on the site are only a year old, and the pool is the pool that is right in front of this unit and not the one next door. These pictures are perfectly accurate. It makes one wonder if they were in the wrong condo all this time, but I know they checked into ours. Of course there is no AC. We never said there was! Poipu Sands does not have any FULLY AC units because a total AC system are not allowed, only portable units in a bedroom with a special permit. As for a restaurant nearby, the Grand Hyatt is right next store (a short walk along the walkway), and it is not uncommon to have to travel 1/2 mile to get to other ones. This is a condo development with privately owned units. This is not to be confused with a hotel that will have it's own restaurants. This guest has no reason to be upset. Disappointing review.

Great location, wonderful views, clean spaces, comfy beds. The lanai had amazing morning sunrises and a lovely breeze. Access the adjacent properties was great including the trail and lava arch. Pool was refreshing and communications were timely and helpful. Mahalo!

We had a lovely time at the unit. Sitting out on the lanai and looking at the sea/shoreline/pool was mesmerizing. Everything worked well. The unit was fully stocked with all the nice accessories to go to the pool and beach.

They provided extra of everything (olive oil, laundry detergent etc). They even allowed us to check out much later than the official time, which I was very grateful for. The location is great. There is plenty of space. There are 2 buggy boards and a little snorkeling equipment as well. Lots of great advice in their welcome booklet as well.

Perfect location.

If you enjoy sleeping while listening to the ocean, this is a great place! Perfect for families who need a bit more elbow room, wonderful views and easy hikes to explore to coast. Also close to scenic beaches and great dining. Loved our stay here.

Great location and spacious

Great location, well stocked condo that is spacious: second bedroom was great with two beds so the kids could each have their own. Lanai was wonderful for breakfasts and dinner outside
