The property is in an excellent location opposite the Amiens train station and set amongst a parade of shops. An easy walk to all the bars and restaurants along the Somme river. The property is set over 4 floors with toilets on the ground and second floors and one communal shower on the 2nd floor. There is a shower within the ensuite bedroom on the ground floor. The balcony is set on the 1st floor and is a pleasant location for an afternoon drink. Even though it is near the station the property is quiet in the evening. A good property if there is a group of people visiting Amiens and people aren't bothered by the walk up the stairs
