Comfortably sleeps 8. Full kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals. 2 1/2 baths and room to simply spread out and enjoy the Lake Life in this updated home. Fish off the pier, sit and relax on the spacious deck.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw out bagged trash in bins located in garage. Upon checkout or on Sundays please put trash bins on curb for pick up. Return bins to garage after pick up. Thank you
Please clean grill after use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Place all dishes in dishwasher, run cycle. No dirty dishes to be left. Leave all used towels on shower floor. Take out all trash to bin in garage.
Please do not wear shoes in the home. Especially on carpeted areas.
Please make sure back screen door and sliding door are locked prior to leaving home. Bring in all furniture cushions.

Lake Wawasee Wedding

A wonderful weekend for a wedding at Lake Wawasee! Absolutely beautiful house, spotless and with top-shelf ameneties. Great kitchen, the master bathroom is gorgeous, and the shower is incredible, I want one like this at home! This house is simply one of the nicest rentals at which we've stayed.

Long Weekend Getaway

Beautiful and clean house right on the channel on Lake Wawasee. Our family enjoyed our time spent there and the house had all the amenities you could need in a home away from home. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. I would definitely book this place again in the future. It was very peaceful and quiet and a little bonus was the access to the beach at the end of the street.

All I can say is what a perfect house to stay in during our stay in Syracuse. Perfect spot. House was very clean and well supplied. We felt right at home when we walked into the house. Would stay here again on our next trip to visit family. Our host was very responsive during our communications before and during our stay. Would give this house more stars if I could. Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Syracuse or the surrounding area.

This home was perfect for our family during my daughters wedding! Home is very clean, absolutely beautiful home! Right on the Chanel of lake Wawasee, I would love to come back during the summer to utilize the lake! The owner is super nice and very accommodating!! Would stay again in a heart beat! ❤️

Lovely home with our boat easily accessible. Gorgeous sitting area with many recliners. Perfect for the one rainy day we had, to watch movies. Bedrooms very comfortable; the master bed needs attention, but all other beds were perfect. Amazing lakeside porch with lots of seating. Would highly recommend!
