Welcome to our apartment "Penthouse Coast Magic"

The apartment "Penthouse Coast Magic" is located in the 3rd and 4th Floor of the 2016 completed house coast magic in the beach park Grossenbrode. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.

On about 60 m², the apartment offers the perfect setting for your holiday and "sea".

The kitchen is equipped with all small and large kitchen utensils - ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave etc.

For a relaxed evening in the cozy living room or for bridging smaller showers are at your flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player, various board and card games, WiFi, and for the "small and big gamblers" a PS 4 available - and of course a small selection of books. In the colder / ungemütlicheren season a glass of wine or a nice glass of grog tastes front of the fireplace perhaps still a little bit better.

The accessible from the living area, screened from view south / south / west terrace invites you to linger and made possible by your location offers complete privacy.

The spacious master bedroom offers a "double bed" consisting of two single beds (90x200) - which you can also isolate on request - as well as a chest of drawers and a cupboard. Two other sleeping accommodations are located on the gallery. Again, you have a double bed "consisting of 2 single beds (90x200) available (the blankets have the dimensions 155 x 220cm).

The bathroom offers you a spacious shower and a whirlpool in which you can relax. Of course here is not missing a washing machine.

The apartment is in the 3rd and 4th Floor. The balconies are oriented to the northeast and west-southwest.

Furthermore, our penthouse coastal magic also includes a parking space for your vehicle.

To the south beach of Großenbrode 100 yards and the pier with restaurants, bakery and the beach playground for the little explorers to reach in a few minutes.
