The apartment is located on the seventh floor of the well-maintained “Vier Jahreszeiten” apartment complex and offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea from every window.
It features three rooms spread over approximately 49 m²—comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a light-filled living and dining area; the adjacent open-concept kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs.
The special highlight is the south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. All year round, you can enjoy the long white sandy beach and the Baltic Sea just a few steps away.
In short: pure relaxation.
The newly renovated apartment is in a prime location, just under 50 metres from the beach! And the complex is a great starting point for everything you’d want to do and need on holiday—restaurants, playgrounds, supermarkets, small shops, and a skating rink are all within walking distance. A bakery, bike rental, and—for the more athletic guests—an outdoor fitness centre, surf school, and the marina are also all within an 800-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car in the property’s car park—and feel free to leave it there. It’s best to get around here on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, giving you plenty of flexibility. In fact, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over half an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike straight to Fehmarn.

The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Warder Peninsula (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
