A practical and well-designed house on 3 levels:
- On the ground floor: small hall
- Floor 1: a living room with wood fire, a dining room with pellets, an office, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful terrace and a small bathroom (including toilet) with walk-in shower.
- Floor 2: two large bedrooms and 2 smaller ones with beds to stay out of

Messancy has the privilege of claiming the title of very old locality. In 1096, a first official document already refers to the name of Messancy.
The town is now appreciated for nature and shopping. Escape by strolling around Lake Messancy or the water lily pond, the Parc Mathelin is the ideal place to have fun with the family and if you feel like shopping, the two shopping centres will delight you. There is something for everyone.
You can walk to all the local shops (Delhaize, pharmacy, chip shop, restaurants,...).
The centre of Luxembourg City is +- 20 minutes away. (Tram and free transport)
Messancy train station is only about 500m from the accommodation. (7 minutes walk) -> direction Luxembourg.
Cora shopping centre and Mac Arthur Glenn are also nearby. (6 minutes by car)
