Mini family reunion

Five of us were visiting family in Tracy for a big birthday party. We needed a place where we could be together and that was close to the event at my sister‘s house. This house served that purpose well. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs.

This place was greatly misrepresented in the photos and reviews. It was a disgusting experience. Dirty carpet, dirty appliances, broken blinds, foul odor, dirty walls. The list can go on and on. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but we only stayed 1 night. We would not stay again.

Hi Chris, could you please ensure that you are not mixing up review with stay at some other property? As we remember you wanted to cancel your stay at a short notice of 24 hours before check-in. Even though our cancellation policy does not support that we showed flexibility to refund if we get a reservation l. You felt it’s highly unlikely that we’ll get a reservation and decided to keep the reservation. I feel either you are mixing up your experience with other property or grossly misrepresenting us here to clam your frustration that you could not get a refund. We love to take care of our guests and render best experience. Our other reviews speaks a volume about our efforts. It is sad to see you went to this extend to misrepresent us and tried to hurt business in response to our best efforts to accommodate your request. Regardless, we wish you the best.

Nice Home, Excellent Owner

It started with a surprise hidden by a prior guest, but the Owner was very responsive and sent the cleaning crew back to address the issue immediately. The home is located in a clean and safe neighborhood. Unlike many others, you can't tell this is a VRBO from the street because it is well-maintained. We left a few valuables behind, and the Owner was kind enough to mail them to us without an extra charge. That was very kind.
