The Space:

2 Acres, 2970 SQ Ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. A large circular driveway greets you in the enclosed private space. No Neighbors mean loud parties are ok with permission prior to booking. Located next to Tracy Sky-Dive center.

There is a Capacity for 16 people to stay at the house overnight. Extra charges apply to any visitors that guests may invite ($55 per person) . Must be pre-approved prior to booking. Events may need security and insurance. Please reach out for more information. Any events with 25 or more on site requires portable restrooms as we are on septic tank.

Our families had a great time participating in an epic Christmas Tournament with all the outdoor and indoor games. Everyone had a lot of fun and wanted to make this an annual family event. Our host, Bal, was super responsive to all our questions and issues. The house was generally clean but could use new cookware. Highly recommended.

The backyard and pool was as great as advertised. Our group of friends and family had an amazing time at this vacation property and would definitely go back! Our host, Bal, was great and provided great communication throughout the stay. Don't hesitate to come here.

Great Yard!

The yard is amazing and we enjoyed spending most of our days outside. House needs some maintenance as some things are starting to show wear and tear but otherwise good.

A Great Oasis!

I hosted a small college reunion here with 12 of my best friends and we had a absolute blast. The house was very clean and organized with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this location!

Relaxing Weekend in the Sun

We absolutely loved our stay. Lots of fun activities to take part in (water slide, basketball, golf, tennis, billiards)and the host is very communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing House!

We had a wonderful time with friends and family. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and water slide! We also enjoyed the putting greens and basketball courts. The house had many amazing features, pool side tv's swim up bar and that's just the outside. The inside was roomy and comfortable and plenty of fun inside with a great kitchen area for all our meals. We also enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table & speaker system. We enjoyed our stay and will consider it for future trips! Thank you for everything!

Happy 50th birthday to me!

We were very impressed with the communication from the owner. The house is well loved. Great for a large group of people to hang out in and cook. The spa was lovely. It was cool to watch all the jumpers coming down next door at the jump school.

Great place for a bachelor party!

This place is great for a weekend with the boys. I was surprised the pool was warm enough to use in the middle of October. It’s a great property and it lives up to the pictures!

Great family time!

Our family was going to go to the snow but a storm prevented us from doing so. We contacted the host and he made the place available same day and was willing to help us out. We had a great time here! So much to do in the house! The host responded to every question right away. Great communication!

Perfect getaway place for a Vacation experience

This place has everything for a Vacation experience. The pool slide and the bar next to pool is awesome. Good sound system all around the property, well maintaimed property & clean house. Will definitely keep visiting this property very often to get away from city life.

Wonderful Property!

The house is spacious and the grounds are fantastic! We stayed for four nights over Christmas and plan to return during the summer months to take full advantage of the amazing pool. The waterslide, swim up bar and barbecue area are amazing. Our kids and grandkids loved the sports court area! This property is such a great place to stay! We had a blast!
