About this property

"Jas des Oliviers" - a 200 year old farm house built of traditional stones de Provence. The recent careful and tasty refurbishment brings a modern convenient style to the existing charm.

The house is placed on a small hill 1.5 km outside of the picturesque village of Claviers and stands on 11,000m² of terraced land with old olives and oak trees, offering panoramic views. Privacy guaranteed!

The house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 1 bath. Another shower / bathroom is placed inside the pool house. It has a spacious living, open fire place, pizza oven and a modern kitchen with separate storage room. The house consists of 150m² in two levels.

The outdoor terrace (60m²) is surrounding a lovely 9x4m pool (not overlooked) and offers also shady areas, outside dining and living as know in Southern France. The sun settings are spectacular!

Vet nice property in a beautiful landscape!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Jas des Oliviers. The house provides everything we needed in an beautiful environment, perfectly located for good restaurants and outdoor activities.

Very pleasant stay

We had an enjoyable holiday. This started with a comprehensive instruction of the house for our stay. Communication with the owners was smooth and careful. The house is located in a beautiful area, with nice views. We enjoyed the lovely spacious garden and swimming pool. The facilities provided are sufficient to spend two pleasant weeks here. Thank you for having a nice vacation!

Wundervoll in den Bergen gelegen

Das Haus ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr liebevoll renoviert und liegt traumhaft einsam mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge, das Grundstück ist riesig, der Pool war toll und die Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen.

Maison agréable sur les collines de l’arrière pays de la côte d’azur

Très belle villa provençale dans l’arrière pays de la Côte d’Azur. Elle est située tout au bout d’un chemin très pittoresque (attention pour les voitures sportives). Arrivé à la maison, la vue est incroyable et on a l’impression d’être seul au monde. Les pièces de vies sont agréables et les 3 chambres sont belles et confortables. Malgré les ventilateurs présents dans toutes les chambres (indispensables si la température est > à 30 degrés), la maison a beaucoup de mal à se rafraîchir en soirée. Il y a aussi énormément de moustiques tigres mais deux chambres sont équipées de moustiquaires au dessus des lits. Les transats ne sont pas très confortables car la toile ne soutient plus le corps au niveau de la barre du fessier. Le fessier est posé sur la barre et plus sur la toile. C’est désagréable à vivre sur une semaine. Le grand jardin est composé de plein de niveaux car le terrain est sur une pente forte. Il faut oublier de jouer au foot avec des enfants. Par contre, vous trouverez un magnifique banc en bois soutenant tout le corps qui vous permettra d’admirer les étoiles pendant la nuit car aucune lumière extérieure ne vous dérangera. La calme absolu!! Beaucoup de restos dans les villages avoisinant. Les routes ne sont pas de tout repos mais c’est dépaysant. Typique de l’arrière pays de la cote d’azur.
