It was clean and owner is amazingly polite and this pace is close to everything and it was perfect. Only thing is to add more towels and washcloths but we made due
My stay was great the only negative I have is the guess bedroom didn't have a TV other than that our stay was amazing it was a much needed family trip 💖💝💘

Ladies tea party weekend
The house is very nice and pretty! However, it was not walking distance to the beach unless you are in great shape and you bring nothing but yourself! The AC gave problems and the house stayed 82 degrees most of the day until the AC repair man showed up, the microwave did not work, and the grass was really tall and truly needed to be cut. The cleaning crew really needs to be checked on, the hall front bathroom had an old dried up bandaid still on shower rod, the sheets on bunk beds had sand on them and we had to take them and shake them outside, and when we went to use the air fryer the previous guest used it and it has caked up grease sitting in it. I know it may seem petty, but if we are paying cleaning fees then the house should always be cleaned properly before the next guest arrives.
Overal stay was Very Good. We rented a house and a condo. Didn’t really like the location of the house, but there were no problems. Condo was very close to beach. Appliances were a little outdated and beds could be upgraded also. Overall it was a Great last minute booking and reasonable price!
The property was a good pick. Everything we needed was in proximity of the house. I will stay again during my next visit. The only thing I had a problem with was the kitchen didn’t have everything you needed to cook a meal. We were told that we picked a bad neighborhood to stay in but we didn’t have any problem while there that led me to believe that was true.
Loved the house. Very accommodating for our big family of 12.
Loved the area the house was in, very quiet. Although there is a train track that runs right out of the property, it wasn’t a bother at all. The amount of restaurants around us was wonderful. However, the beach that’s close by, was not clean not we’re you able to swim in it. If you go down into Biloxi though, the water is a little bit better. We also went 2 hours down to Pensacola, Florida and it was beautiful. The drive there and back wasn’t bad at all. I highly recommend this home.
Great, clean rental with short walk to beach on a quiet street.
Everything was exactly as advertised. Brian was extremely nice to talk with and there were no surprises at all. We have 12 and while space was a little tight, it was no problem. The amount of beds and couches advertised were definitely available. Would stay again.
We loved the location and the property manager was great!!! The only complaint I have is that the floors needed to be swept and mopped better. Also, the grass needed to be mowed. I know that there has been a lot of rain there and sometimes things like that are out of our control. I would definitely go back.
A group of ladies and two teenagers came into town for a conference at the Pentecostals of the Gulf Coast. We had a great time

Spend less on decor and more on upkeep.
When we first walked in the decor was nice but soon realize that the cleaning crew did a sloppy job cleaning. Our bed had sand, the sheet didn’t seem clean, and the towels were stained. Light switch cover was missing in one room. There were multiple lights burnt out and a bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. As a plus, the price was cheap.
The house is cute, clean, and as advertised. The two bathrooms are the biggest limitation of the property, but it’s proximity to the beach, a handful of restaurants and bars, and the casino is a huge advantage. The property manager, Brian, is also super helpful and communicative. Highly recommend staying at this property.
