This house is very well stocked. Extra Towels, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs and Extra TP Too!The view from the balcony is amazing. Great view for the sunrise. There are also balconies on front of house.There is an upper living room space and a lower large den on beach level.The house is close to beach. Just a few steps to beach!Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen appears to be very well equipped with everything you need.I hope future guest enjoy this home as much as we did.

Since I have already booked this house for our fourth stay I can say it’s a lovely house with all the amenities we could want or need. It’s large enough for my nine family members plus dogs. It seemed like we were on a private beach with few people on it. I recommend staying here if you want first-class accommodations in South Ponte Vedra Beach. Judy Skjordahl

This property was exactly what my family was looking for our vacation. My family, my parents and my 2 sisters and their families (13 of us total) all stayed here. There was plenty room for everyone to stretch out and have their own space. The house was decorated beautifully and had great AC in the July heat! We loved how the sand was literally steps away from the back door and that the beach was not crowded. This was perfect for us hauling all of the equipment back and forth to the beach. There is also a really nice outdoor shower to use on the way back in to wash off all the sand. Lots of beach toys and towels. The double washer and dryer was a plus with our big crew, too! This house is wonderful! So glad we found it!! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and being just steps from the water made beach days effortless. The outdoor shower was especially convenient for rinsing off sandy kids before heading inside.The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including a grill, surfboards, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and more. It made packing so much easier. The multi-level layout also gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The owner was wonderful to work with—communication was easy, and responses were always quick.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach getaway!

Very pet friendly — fenced in yard! I would give this 6 stars if I could. Wrap around porch meant we could enjoy the sun even on an extremely windy day. Great kitchen, well stocked with all the cookware you need.

This was the most magical beach stay! Super private beach and close to Saint Augustine for fun. My one year old son loved running around the top deck looking at the ocean and playing in the sand on the bottom floor. They have all the sand toys/chairs/surf boards. Super comfortable and great layout for 2/3 families to share.

Our family enjoyed staying here for the second time. The home is beautiful and located steps away from the ocean. There are lots of great restaurants near by and are minutes from St Augustine. We hope to visit again.

Steele’s beautiful home was the absolute perfect setting for our girls’ getaway weekend! Wonderful family vacation!

It felt like staying at your favorite aunt and uncle’s house! The accommodations were perfect for our group - three teens, five adults. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The fenced-in yard was enjoyed by our dog. Being less than 10 steps from the house to the beach was magical. And the beach was quiet and relaxing. We can’t wait to stay here again!
