Regarding the hot water, the master bathroom is located on the third floor, while the water heater is on the first floor, so it can take some time for hot water to reach that bathroom. However, a delay of 30 minutes is certainly not typical, and we would have been happy to send someone out to inspect the issue had we been notified during your stay. As for the trash, our regular pickup day is Friday. Since your arrival was on Wednesday, there was some trash remaining in the outdoor bins from previous guests. Our property manager stopped by on Thursday to bring the cans to the road for collection for you. We take your feedback regarding the outdoor furniture and porches seriously. The patio chairs have since been replaced, and the porches have been professionally power washed to improve their appearance. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home for every guest, and we’re sorry that your experience did not fully reflect those standards. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve.
