About this property

Cozy Old Town Condo! Close to Hikes, Shopping, and Food

Welcome to your home away from home. Our home has everything you need to have an amazing vacation.

Fully equipped kitchen to meet all your cooking needs.

Our resort style condominium complex is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Hydroviv Water with filter specific to Scottsdale water installed in Kitchen.

The bedroom has a brand new Cloud King bed and the living room sofa bed is a Luonto Monika King Sleeper sofa (no springs or bars in your back for a great nights rest)

We also have a Full air mattress for any extra guests.

The patio has new flooring and seating area to wind down after a day of activities.

The complex has a routine water shut off every 3rd Tuesday of the month for all plumbing repairs. If it effects our building, the water will be shut off from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Sometimes our building won't need the water shut off as no plumbing work will need completed.

The Maya condominium complex has A/C and boilers for the entire building. So, the complex decides when the A/C and Heat is turned on and off. The A/C is switched to the boilers and heat in November or December, based on temperatures. The A/C units will be turned back on before the heat of the summer.

There is also routine maintenance that workers may need access to the unit. We will do our best to have them in and out to not bother anyone.

Old town Scottsdale is a short drive or about a 10 minute walk.

There is a Sprouts across the street and a Fry's Food and Drug store 2 blocks away.

Need a quick bite? There are multiple restaurants just across the street.

You can get around Scottsdale multiple ways. Have your car or rental? You'll have your own parking space at the condo and there is plenty of street and public parking lots around town.

Don't have a car? Ubers/Lyfts are readily accessible at all hours.

There are even golf carts available to hire for rides around town.

You can even get around on the Scottsdale trolley. The routes are available on the scottsdaleaz website.

Perfect Scottsdale Location

Perfect condo in am excellent location to old town Scottsdale. Condo had everything we needed, plus great pool/spa area. The condo was clean and inviting, patio was great, and the bed was super comfortable, we slept so good!!

Great place

This place was great and it had everything we needed but the apartment was so cold and we couldn’t turn the heat up. We frozen our butts off.

Kelly, we are so sorry it was so cold. As mentioned in our message the boiler was broken for 10 buildings and the HOA was working on a fix. Unfortunately, they are not able to get the parts to fix the heat and a rare Arizona cold snap came through at the same time and the auxiliary heaters we ordered arrived today and arriving tomorrow. Again we are sorry for your cold stay. If you choose to stay with us again in the future we will be more prepared for any inconveniences that are out of our control.

Great stay at the Maya!

We have stayed at the Maya many times as we love the amenities and the location. Great communication with the owners and check-in was seamless. We appreciated the little touches as well as the special “welcome” treat in the fridge 😊. The suite was clean, furnished nicely, well stocked, and the hideabed was comfortable for our daughter. No complaints at all. Thank you for a great stay!

So fun!!

My friends and I stayed at this property for the weekend while we were visiting and it was perfect for what we needed! It’s a 10 minute walk to Old Town Scottsdale and right across from a ton of shops and coffee bars. The hosts made an excellent effort to make it very cozy and welcoming for us with fun decor and little surprises while also thinking of the most convenient things that some might normally forget. Overall, we had a great stay at the property and we will be returning next time we are in Scottsdale!
