Located in Ann Arbor, this holiday home is in the city centre. Kempf House Museum and Law Quadrangle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Hudson Mills Metropark and Huron River. Ann Arbor Hands On Museum and Power Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, and don't miss out on the sledging and ice skating.
Great stay. Hosts were on top of everything and answered texts immediately. Kitchen was well enough equipped to prepare an Easter meal. Space was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Close walk to all the cool stuff of Kerrytown. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice complimentary toiletries. Very nice Ann Arbor stay!
This beautiful home is perfectly decorated, nicely stocked with towels, linens, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies. Even though it has one full bathroom, there are mirrors, areas to get ready in each room which was so helpful for each guest! The location was great, walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommend you stay here! You will be pleased!

Thank you Carol so much for being an awesome guest. We are excited to host you again next year :-)
Chose this rental for an annual get-together for four friends. The house has been charmingly renovated in a mid-century modern style, and the combination living/kitchen/dining room at the main floor was a perfect place to hang out. Location is close to Main and Liberty Streets with plenty of restaurants and interesting shops. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for staying! You and your guests are welcome back anytime :-)
Nancy’s property was right next to both downtown AA and Kerrytown. A 20 min walk to stadium. We didn’t need a car or an Uber all weekend. Very nice, updated house & new kitchen. We will be back!
We stayed for a long weekend to attend the UM game. The house was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy, as our host sent us the address and code for an easy entry. She even left us some food and beverages in the refrigerator. We would recommend this property to future renters.

Thank you Brian for stay at a the Trinity House, Ann Arbor. You and your guests are welcomed back anytime!
Wish I could give this property 5,000 stars! What a lovely gem in Ann Arbor. If it's available, just book it, you will be so glad you did. It is immaculately clean, so comfortable, stylish (I am now full of design inspo for my home), and the host is so nice. I want to be her friend in RL, they also do amazing wellness retreats in the Yucatan. Check-in was a breeze, tons of off-street parking, and little thoughtful treats/snacks in the home for guests. Oh, and toys for kids! I absolutely loved this property and will definitely stay here again. (Also, fantastic location / easily walkable to everything).

My best!
This house was listed with 4 bedrooms when we booked it, but when we arrived, we found that it only had 3. When I reached out to the owners to see what happened, they changed the listing in the middle of our messaging. We had to scramble late at night to find a hotel that would actually work with our group. We never stayed at the house.Even worse, the owners only refunded us for our second night and kept the rental amount for the first night, so I had to get VRBO involved. Luckily, I had screenshots of the previous listing as proof. The owners accused us of having more people than what we booked with, which is not true (only 3 people were ever in the house - we told the other two not to come because we were going to have to find another place).Thankfully, VRBO stepped up and refunded us for the rest AND paid for all of our hotel for the weekend. Great customer service, VRBO!The house is nice, but I recommend looking for another place if possible.
Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing. During the two days we were there, the air conditioning did not work (temps reached 79) and there was only scalding hot water from the kitchen sink. We contacted the owner within several hours of our arrival, but the problems were not fixed until the evening before we left. Our interactions with the owner after our stay were very negative.

It's unfortunate you would write this review after we went above an beyond for you and your guests. Including allowing you to check in early as well as over look the fact you had 5 guests on your reservation but invited 3 other individuals to our property to stay without our permission. You contacted us at mid-night the day of check in, myself personally arrived to the property to check at 10a the next morning (Saturday), with my children in tow after their soccer games, because we do checks an hour before a guest checks in (temp was 70), it was very concerning to read a message that the AC wasn't working. Upon my arrival I discovered that the airflow was indeed working, but the thermostat wasn't synching. My husband contacted our maintenance person who arrived as soon as possible Saturday evening, my husband also arrived on sight to help, & the thermostat was at 74 degrees on an 88 degree day. Once my husband greeted our maintenance man and walked him through your concerns, he discovered there was a disconnection, which was fixed promptly. Same with the sink faucet, the cold water wasn't turned up high enough at the main connection which he also fixed immediately. Because of these two easily fixed issues, you and your guests where beyond rude to us, in-spite of all the other above and beyond amenities and comforts that you experienced, including the extra beverages and snacks we left for you to enjoy the U of M football game. Those two small issues did not in anyway prohibit you from having a comfortable stay, and you said yourself you where there for two days, and we had rectified all of your issues the same day we where notified by you. You asked for a refund even though you stayed the entire length and had extra people outside of your reservation. Needless to say anyone should be weary of booking to you and your group in the future. Please do not book our property again, my husband and I pride ourselves on creating an amazing wellness experience & we have no interest in hosting rude and unreasonable guests that request refunds and leave negative reviews because the thermostat was at 74 degrees F on an 88 degree F day and the water in the kitchen faucet felt too hot...
