AFFORDABLE VACATION RENTAL~~~ condo in SEABLUFF, magnificent gated development. This is a superb setting for your family. You can enjoy 2 heated pools, a jacuzzi, 5 courts, tennis + pickleball courts, basketball, and a tot lot. Enjoy the wonderful trees, greenbelts, and flowers on 50 acres. This low-density development has only 5 units per acre. This wonderful 3 bedroom vacation home has a private master bedroom upstairs with a CA king bed, walk-in closet/office area, and remodeled bath. All other rooms are on the ground level. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The dining room seats 8, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family to enjoy. Google/ Roku TV in Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Queen guest room. WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS. You will find almost everything you need to enjoy the beach~~~beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, buckets/shovels, beach towels, and coolers. This past year, the waves have brought in rocks at the base of the stairs of the beach. Although recently, the sand is slowly being replenished. But, if there's not enough sand for you, please note accessible sandy beaches to the north and south.

Amazing location!

Spacious condo in a beautiful location. Only a few hundred feet from stairs down to the ocean. Walkable to South Ponto state beach, a great place to get in the water and enjoy a day with family at the beach. Near 2 pools. Great for the kids. Linda was a very responsive host.

The home is very nice and extremely well equipped with most everything. Linda (owner) Made sure we were comfortable and left us wonder Christmas snacks!! I use vrbo a lot and I've never had an owner care about my stay like that! If you can find it available grab it the location is perfect and we could walk to beach and to many resturants, Great find!

Thank you for your comments. I have just supervised a professional deep cleaning of the condo. The bedding and mattresses have been updated, including new bedspreads, sheets and pillows. We are ready for our guests to come and stay in our beach condo. The waves have brought rocks on shore this winter. So, the HOA and governmental agencies are exploring ways to remedy this occurrence. I am glad we have sandy beaches available to the north and south. The Neighborhood SeaBluffe stairs (100 steps from the condo) give accessiblity to the shore for surfers, Boogie Boarders, and Kayakers...etc. The landing at the top of the stairs is a great place to enjoy the ocean views and sunsets.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo! It was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable! The community grounds were lush and beautiful! It was a very short stroll to the edge of the bluff to watch the surfers and see sunsets. The community pool, tennis/pickleball courts were all in terrific condition. The location was perfect for us! Close to the countless restaurants in Leucadia and Encinitas. Only a couple miles to our favorite beach, Moonlight Beach. We look forward to future stays. Thank you Linda for sharing your home!

Leucadia Vacation

The house was very nice and clean. The location is great, a short walk to the Carlsbad beach. The whole area is great, Encinitas sand beyond. We spent a good bit of time at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, which was great, a lot of people and action. The beach access from the complex really doesn’t lead to a beach that can used for setting up chairs, umbrellas, etc. But, it is a great view. Overall, we really enjoyed the co do and our time in Leucadia. Thank you!

Fantastic location and amenities

Overall this was an amazing location with plenty of space for our family of four. Our kids loved the pool and beach! Linda was very helpful. On the beach area, we were kicked out by the tide at about 4 or 5pm because it backs up to a bluff. So we took advantage of the pool in the evenings. It is 10 mins from LEGOland and about 30 mins to SeaWorld. The restaurants and donut shop nearby were excellent! Especially Fish 101. The house had absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. My only complaint was that it felt as if you were living in a garage sale there was so much furniture and decor that were unnecessary. Also, the sheets we’re pilling and somewhat rough. A couple days of clearing out and refreshing the bedding would make a world of difference. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again.

Peaceful beach retreat

We really enjoyed out time at Linda's condo. They pool and hot tub were a highlight. Leucadia is an awesome neighborhood with great little shops, bars, and beaches. The condo had everything we needed. Linda was available to help with any issues and was flexible with our end date when our flight home was unexpectedly cancelled.

Wonderful week in a wonderful host's home

Linda's lovely home at Sea Bluff in Encinitas is her actual home and not just a VRBO rental. It had everything we needed and it came with the feeling that we had been invited into our host's home. As well as being well-stocked with kitchen essentials (pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and equipment) there were spices in the cupboards and some of those extras that one might not want to buy for a single night (or even several nights) of cooking in. There was an abundance of beach gear from little kids' buckets and plastic shovels to bigger kids' (and adults') body boards and beach umbrellas. In a couple of words, I'd say that our host was thoughtful and generous. Thank you for allowing our family to build more memories of good times together at the beach.

We had a lovely time staying at Linda's property. Her home is spacious, quiet and well kept. It is within the walking distance to the beach, restaurants. The Mexican Restaurant, Cancun is next door by the gas station. The food is excellent and Linda recommended it!

Grandma's cottage by the beach

A good option for those seeking to stay walking distance to the beach in Carlsbad. A nice, gated community with condos and 2 minute walk to the beach. To access the beach from the property you will have to walk down a long stairway down the bluff. The beach is rocky, not sandy, which is nice if you want to avoid getting covered in sand. For sandier more private beach, walk left after coming down the stairs for another 5 minutes. There is also a very nice beach, just 5 minute drive south of the property. The community is nice. Linda has a detached garage full of sand toys, and beach chairs, and umbrelllas and shovels. Parking spot right outside of the condo. Condo has nice touches, and makes you feel like you are staying at your grandma's beach cottage while she is away. Linda has the place stocked with everything you could want and many things that you did not know you would. Beds are comfortable. There is a nice small patio with a table for outdoor dinning and enjoying a glass of wine outside. We very much enjoyed staying here. Its a nice safe area close to the beach and other destinations like Legoland. Linda is reachable by text and voice as needed and makes herself quite available for any concerns and questions.

Great condo by the beach

Welcoming, spacious 3 Br condo with great amenities. Warm California Beach House, super close to steps to the beach, and listen to the waves at night as you sleep. Peaceful complex, nice pools and tennis. Everything you need to enjoy your stay with couple or family, highly recommend it. Lots of restaurants deliver and the kitchen is stocked for cooking your fave meal. Can't wait to return.

I want to go back!

Fantastic location! The pictures and description actually do not do it justice. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The space is so roomy. Family of five to college boys and had plenty of space. Outdoor areas so comfy to hang out. Linda was easy to communicate with. However, You don’t really need to. Everything is spelled out and very easy to understand.
