Welcome to our charming 2 story 2-bedroom dual master 2 1/2 bath vacation home nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Leucadia, near Grandview Beach. Imagine yourself relaxing by the fireplace after a day of adventure, or enjoying a meal prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances. Unwind in the cozy living room or step outside in the private spacious backyard to soak up the sun on the outdoor furniture or enjoy your meals al fresco under the palapa. Rinse off in our outdoor heated shower after a fun day at the beach.

Indulge in the convenience of free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV with satellite/cable channels. For the little ones, there are games, toys, and a baby gate (upon request) to keep them safe and entertained. Two parking spaces out front.

Explore the nearby top attractions, including the renowned LEGOLAND® California, just a 13-minute drive away, the picturesque Moonlight State Beach just 4 minutes away, and the Carlsbad Premium Outlets, a 6-minute drive from your doorstep. Discover the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration in this charming vacation home.

Perfect location for surfing at Grandview Beach, and close to all Leucadia has to offer. The house has big rooms and a nice kitchen. The backyard is very enjoyable, great for the dog and family to hang out. Good parking. Great spot for a family vacation.

This is the second time we have stayed at this townhome and we love it. It is perfect for our family and is very comfortable with close proximity to the beach and a few restaurants. We are cyclists so we also enjoyed riding into downtown Encinitas. We hope to come back again!

This was such a wonderful way for us to visit friends and family in Encinitas. The beach house was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had all the amenities you could need for beach fun and backyard get-togethers! We really enjoyed our time in Leucadia. Fabulous home in a great neighborhood

We loved this home and how central it is to everything. We could walk to the beach or to wonderful restaurants. The back yard was very private and comfortable for hanging with the family.

Wonderful home that worked perfectly for us.

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved sitting out in the backyard in the evenings enjoying the cooler temps (we are from AZ) and really enjoyed getting out of the heat. Loved the dual Master suites. The property was as advertised and had everything we needed!

Great spot!

We loved this place! The backyard was so wonderful to just relax in at the end of the day with our dogs! Super comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location to walk to the beach and shops and restaurants! Such a great place. We will be back!

Perfect spot for a California coast experience. It’s quiet and we enjoyed the private backyard.

Ideal spot for our family of five. We especially appreciated the private backyard for covid-friendly outdoor visits with friends, and the short walk to the beach for the sunset or to walk/run along the shore.
