This house was comfortable and clean. I slept better there than I have in a long time. I was able to really rest which I desperately needed from a very busy life. I enjoy the nature off the main bedroom deck. Very comfortable and serene.

The property is accommodating to a large family.

The property is accommodating to a large family. It is located in a gated community with a swimming pool. Make sure you get the pool key. We love that it is walking distance to the lake. The ping pong table is a plus. Right from the booking date things didn't go well. I did not received a confirmation email even though my credit card wash charged. I had to called to have the emailed send to me. At arrival the staff was chatting away with local and I had to cute their conversation to check in. I was only provide with one key and had to ask for a 2nd key. We never received a pool key. I also paid for linen and we only received linen for 5 people. That meant we had to wash daily. I email the office to informed them of the A/C problem but never got a reply or email. Our family annual Bass Lake Vacation was 7/15-22 and as of today 9/13 I'm still trying to get my $1,000 deposit. My family has stayed in this property twice before with a different rental company that provide good service. I am sorry but we are considering not doing business with Bass Lake Rentals for our future annual vacations.
