Welcome to our beautiful water front home, located in a quite lovely section of SW Cape Coral. Sliding glass doors from 3 rooms open to a lg. lanai to extend your living space. Heate pool has eastern exposure to enjoy sunrises with your morning coffee. Sunbathe, grill on the BBQ, or sit and view the scenic brackish water wayl and watch fish jumping and other wildlife. Local boat rental available to explore water ways with gulf access. Bikes are available to use and explore the quiet neighborhood and beyond. Private dock on the canal for relaxing, fishing or docking your boat rental. Home is beautifully furnished.
Fully stocked kitchen includes, electric range, microwave, ice maker,
coffee brewer, blender, air fryer, insta-pot, and granite counters, fully stocked linens, washer/dryer, 55'' flat screen TV in living room, master bedroom king bd & TV and 2nd bdrm queen bed & TV. Wi-Fi Included. No Pets. Close to Captva, & Sanibel Islands & Ft.Meyers Beach. Many wonderful restaurants and golf courses in the area.


General : Max. Occupancy is 6 persons. The price includes pool service, gardener, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, also includes electricity. Refundable security deposit ($300 USD) or $ 59.00 VRBO optional damage insurance
Additionally 11.5% tax for the state of Florida is due with final rental payment. One time cleaning fee $180. USD .
Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions: The total rental balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival. Traveller who cancel 30 days before check-in will receive 100% of amount paid. If cancelled 7 to 14 days before check-in .will receive 50% of amount paid. No refund will be issued if cancellation is less than 7 days.

The villa was as pictured and a great base to explore the surrounding area. It was very clean and comfortable, and had basic necessities and more which came in really handy during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and he arranged for the pool to be heated as soon as realising that we wanted to use it. The area was quiet and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset. The pool area was spacious with plenty of seating options. We made use of the bikes provided. It was a fantastic home to come back to and relax at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if returning to Cape Coral.

Beautiful stay at Villa Isabella!

We spent a wonderful time here together as a family and always felt home and comfortable. Your house really has everything you need to be happy. We enjoyed the canal view, jumping into the pool whenever we wanted to and the barbecueing in the evenings. We can recommend this lovely place in every sense.

My husband and I just spent 2 weeks here with our four boys (7m -9y) and had the best time. Jim was extremely responsive and immediately went above and beyond to fix the few tiny initial hiccups we had. Because of that, we were able to have the best time! The house was equipped with absolutely everything we could’ve needed and then some which we really appreciated. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming the entire time and barely had to leave the house! The check in and check out process were also the easiest we’ve experienced! Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. We would definitely be interested to visit again in the future!

Wonderful stay

Villa Isabella is a sweet place to stay. The home is beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Jim and Ruth are very nice and always ready to help if situations arise.

First, the owner is a terrific person to work with; very pleasant and intent on making your stay the best it can be. The property is very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was great! We spent almost every evening in the pool. I would recommend this place to anyone. We enjoyed it very much.

Unforgettable stay

This is the second time I rent this property, it’s a paradise that you can keep coming over and over, everting from cleanliness to communication with owners are wonderful, I recommend this property to anyone that wants special and unforgettable vacation with family, you will have a great time in the heated and very clean pool or catching a fish at the canal, taking a walk around beautiful neighborhood it’s magical, I really love it and hope everyone else too, thanks so much James for your all your help
