You have a exclusive fully furnished , great kitchen , and also a 4-flames Barbecue-Gas-Grill outside to prepare your meals.
The Villa have everything you need, new towels, new Bed linen, new WIFI, 2 TV`s , beach-chairs & umbrellas, Cooler , A/C, Fans outside and inside in every room, big walk-in-closets , cozy living room to relax and very much more. Enjoy the southern exposure and use the electric-heated water pool if nessecary.
Relax and drink your sundowner at the Gas-fireplace –with the amazing view at the canal- this is life in paradise - Pura Vida
New build Captains Walk in Front with a ladder and Kajak-Step-in Walk, lovely for fishing or feed the turtels in the canal. Under the Walk we placed 3 Mini-reefs to help our "Mother-Earth" !!!!
Beach is 10 minutes away , Grocery stores, doctors, hairdresser , gas station, Restaurants only 3 minutes , a trip to beautiful Matlachee needs only 15 minutes.
Rent a boat or canoe and drive through the fantastic nature canals to the riverside -your door to the Gulf of Mexico.

Chill at the Pooldeck with a nice BBQ, or sit only in the new Chill-Lounge with your glass at the Fireplace to overlook the Canal in Front, or feed the turtels - they are waiting in the afternoon- from our new Captains Walk with a special Kajak-Step
