This home is being offered for the first time on the rental market for the Summer of 2021 and to go with its gorgeously updated kitchen and great room hardwood floors, new owners are installing new carpet and new painting throughout the residence. Unique, no bedroom, living floor means far greater space for entertaining than even the newest SIC townhomes offer. This is right home for the renter who wants ocean views, an exciting location, quick access to the beaches and promenade, and walking distance to downtown dining and entertainment options. The Sea Isle townhouse for Sea Isle people. Book now this year to have the opportunity to roll over your week for season after season. First floor has washer/dryer, full bath and 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds. Second floor has the open living room/kitchen and half bathroom. There is a porch off of the living room with an ocean view and a porch off of the kitchen in the back of the house. Third floor has full bath and 2 bedrooms- with porch off the back bedroom. One bedroom has a King bed, the other a Pyramid(single over full) and a trundle. There will be table and chairs on the front porch. 6 beach tags and 6 beach chairs are offered complimentary but not guaranteed.

OFFSEASON (unless weekly rate provided): $500/night for 2 night minimum, $450/night for 3 or more nights

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Could use some tlc. Toilet paper hangers were falling off in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Needed shower curtains but they brought us some right away.
