Beachfront beauty-59th Street, Sea Isle! Amazing views and close to everything!

Keri, I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay in our home as we always try to ensure that we are doing everything we can to not only meet but exceed our renters expectations. I would like to speak to each of your comments: 1. Apologies if the jet skis made it difficult to access the outdoor shower. As I had mentioned to you, typically the waverunners would not be at the home, but we had some extenuating circumstances that prohibited us from removing them. 2. Coffee Maker - as soon as you notified me that there was an issue with the coffee maker, I immediately ordered a new one for delivery. That being said, you never opened the new one and when we got down there we tested the existing one and it worked just fine. None of the subsequent renters have had any issues with it either. 3. Chipped frying pans - as mentioned when we talked, I was unaware of any issues with the pans, but when you brought it to my attention, I immediately ordered new ones for delivery. When I arrived on your departure day, the new one was also not taken out of the box. I went into the kitchen, and disposed of the pans with scratches. That being said, there were numerous other pans without any scratches that could have been used. But just to be safe I have since purchased brand new pots and pans to ensure renters have zero concerns with the cooking pans. 4. Apologies for any concerns you may have had with the Dyson. We do have 3 different vacuums in the home which could be used if you didn't like the power level with the Dyson. 5. Apologies if you were not happy with the dry time for clothes. The dryer is only 3 years old and nothing seemed to be working improperly with it. I always suggest cleaning the dryer vent between each load to help with drying time. 6. Beach chairs, carts etc. Per the listing we ask that renters supply their own beach supplies, that being said, whenever a renter reaches out and asks I am always more than happy to share access to my owners closet for beach chairs etc. if they do not have their own. 7. Yes, Bubba dogs is right across the street. Most renters enjoy the ease of access to what has become a Sea Isle staple but I can understand that the lines can sometimes impact speed of exit from the driveway. Sorry for any inconvenience. I tried to quickly address all of your concerns as best I could.
