Home for Christmas with California family

8 of us traveled from Tn. To spend Christmas with family. Everyone loved the house, we cooked meals and had everything we needed. The host Joshua, was very nice and helpful. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Property manager always responded promptly. Property was clean, well maintained and beautiful. I can't imagine a better experience! Definitely coming back!

Not what we paid for

House looks a lot better from pictures. Very underwhelming stay. The property is clearly not maintained very well. Cockroaches, spiders, dirty air filter, no tv controllers, keurig doesn’t work, uncomfortable beds, sheets were obviously not washed, and one bed supported by card board. Spend your money elsewhere.

A neat place

The property was clean. We might be the first people who stayed here because the towels smelled new and fresh. Some “standard kitchen items” were not provided, but the owner and property manager were very responsive to our requests, so most items were provided or purchased immediately. We enjoyed our stay there.

I was not too impressed with the way my home was left. I had to throw some linens away, more than the stated guests stayed at the home according to neighbors. Not too good.!
