Wonderful villa with stunning views. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Beautiful gardens. Owner and his mother were both lovely and very helpful, particularly with accommodating our late check-in.

Our time at the Podstrana house was a very nice experience. The property and house were clean and as advertised in the pictures and descriptions. The views of the sea and surrounding hillside were beautiful and a sight to behold. The host was easily reached by phone and was very accommodating.The only issue my wife and I had was getting to the house itself. You have two options to get to the house, both a 2 to 4 km single lane two-way road that can be daunting to drive on if you are not accustomed to that, with the tight turns and local traffic that is not very patient while you navigate the road. While this could be made more apparent in the description for foreign travelers like myself, I admit that this is not uncommon for local geographic residents and I take most of the blame in not doing the research into the local roads.Overall, I highly recommend the Podstrana house for those looking for a secluded and scenic getaway, just make sure you plan your trip accordingly.

Ein tolles Haus weit oben am Berg. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, man wird aber mit einem traumhaften Blick belohnt. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit Eigentümer ohne Probleme. Es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war groß und sehr sauber. Zwei Konobas fussläufig erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Alles war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick war beeindruckend und wir konnten die Ruhe sehr genießen.

Villa ist sehr schön und sehr ...

Villa ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und somit ideal zum schwimmen, leider ein bisschen kalt wenn das Wetter nicht gaznz so warm ist (bei Ankunft im August 24 C, hat sich aber nach ein paar schönen Tag auf 27 C aufgeheizt). Man hat einen super Ausblick auf Split, aber vom Parkplatz zum Haus muss man erst 55 Stufen erklimmen. Besitzer sehr freundlich und entgekommend.

Perfekte Lage, der Ausblick und der Pool sind ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und achten sehr auf die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und es ist sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auch ohne kroatische oder englische Sprachkenntnisse . Miroslav und Frau sind freundlich und haben die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Wenn erstmal die 55 Treppenstufen vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus geschafft sind wird man mit einem herrlichen Panoramablick belohnt und eine Abkühlung im immer bestens gepflegtem Pool genießen.
