This beautiful holiday apartment is located in Katel Novi on the 1st floor of a family house. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the covered terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the bay of Katel and the city of Split. A large pool with sun terrace is located next to the house, relatively sheltered from the view of others. Right next to it there is a fitness room for your personal training. The owner offers his guests a free transfer from the airport to the holiday apartment. Part of the road to the holiday home is unpaved.

Maison de rĂȘves et hĂŽtes merveilleux

Nous avons passĂ© une incroyable semaine chez Oliveira et Serge. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous. MalgrĂ© ce que dit l’annonce, les enfants de bas Ăąges sont trĂšs bien accueillis, il y a un lit bĂ©bĂ© Ă  disposition, des jouets, des animaux (chiens et poules) et mĂȘme des manchons et bouĂ©es pour la piscine. La maison est grande, dĂ©corĂ©e avec charme et avec tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires pour passer des vacances inoubliables. La verdure de l’entourage et la disposition de la maison font se sentir loin de la civilisation, mais en rĂ©alitĂ© Split et Trgir sont trĂšs proches et Ă  seulement 5 min il y a plusieurs supermarchĂ©s ( y compris un lidl). L’aĂ©roport est Ă  seulement 6 min en voiture et malgrĂ© la proximitĂ©, le bruit des avions est trĂšs bien attenuĂ© dans la maison. l’aĂ©roport de Split n’étant pas immense, le trafic aĂ©rien reste modeste et il n’y a pas de vol la nuit. La literie est confortable, il y a la climatisation au salon et dans une des chambres, un ventilateur est Ă  disposition et des moustiquaires Ă©quipent les fenĂȘtres. Il y a une magnifique terrasse sur le toit, Ă©quipĂ©e d’un gril au feu de bois. Le couchĂ© de soleil et le point de vue sont magnifiques. Nous sommes certains d’y revenir lors d’un prochain sĂ©jour dans la rĂ©gion et recommandons fortement ce logement.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und genauso wie abgebildet. Ein riesiger Pool mit Poolspielzeug (Luftmatratzen, Schwimmring, Ball) standen zur VerfĂŒgung. Auch der KĂŒhlschrank im Poolbereich war sehr nĂŒtzlich. Die Gastgeber Olivera und Serge sind total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben regelmĂ€ĂŸig selbst angebautes Obst und GemĂŒse bekommen. Wenn wir lĂ€nger unterwegs waren hat sich Olivera liebevoll um unseren Hund gekĂŒmmert. Es wurden sogar die HandtĂŒcher gewaschen. Großartig. Die Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, lohnt sich aber. Manuela
