Newly built apartment with 256 sqm terrace and spectacular sea view

New, small holiday complex, very quiet area in the exclusive residential area Loma Dos.
The complex includes a sun terrace and a beautiful infinity community pool (heated).

To the apartment:
Large terrace, 256 square meters, with all-day sun and fantastic sea views.
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bed and loft bed, and sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave.

TV with satellite TV, WiFi included.

Beds are made upon arrival.
Linen package (bed linen, towels, beach towels) and final cleaning total of € 150 are to be paid directly to the administrator on site.

Parking spaces in front of the house.
