It was a fantastic place for our group. There was plenty of space, the pool was amazing and it was close enough to wineries and breweries to drive the 15-20 minutes. The open concept kitchen and long kitchen table is perfect. The owner was super responsive and check in was very smooth.

Beautiful Surroundings

Wonderful place to stay for a family reunion-kids loved the pool and frisbee golf. The owners even had pool toys for the kids to use!

Great home for a hang out with friends

Really enjoyed this house; was a perfect home base for a long overdue catch-up with long-time friends with all the kids. Great amenities, kids loved the pool, and all in a beautiful setting.

Fantastic Property!

We had a wonderful time and the house and property were fantastic. We were there to celebrate my son’s college graduation. Close to vineyards and a perfect place to stay! Would highly recommend!

What a gorgeous house in such a perfect location. Accommodations were excellent- and the views -simply stunning. Perfect gathering spot for friends and family. Uva only 20-25 minutes away and close proximity to wineries… we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful week!! The Farm house was very well set up, clean as a whistle! So many outings close by and great hanging out around the fire pit and playing corn hole.

Amazing Inside & Out

This house is lovely, inviting, spacious and the view is stunning all around. We loved our stay and we want to book this over and over for other events with family, friends and getaways. The owner is wonderful to communicate with and make everything perfect for your stay.

Family wedding trip

We had an amazing stay while in the area to attend our granddaughter's wedding. It was a perfect place for our family to spend time together. The younger grandchildren had plenty of space to play together. It was a great experience and throughout the process the host was very quick to respond to any questions. Beauitful peaceful home in the mountains

Met up with family for vacation, and the home was excellent. The mountain views are peaceful and inviting, and the home has lots of light and space to enjoy it. My 3 year old son really loved the pool, and my wife and I really enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. The kitchen had lots of pots and utsensils for cooking a family meal, and the big table made it easy to eat together. I would definitely stay again, the house was very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous house and setting

We had an amazing time celebrating a bride to be at this property. Pictures don't do it justice. The property was absolutely stunning. The pool was amazing-we spent a lot of our days there! Fire pit was great overlooking the landscape. Also loved the cows! House was perfect and came with everything we needed.so many of the girls on the trip mentioned they want to come back with their families! Also a great location, close to so many of the best wineries in the area. Host was so communicative and helpful! Can't wait to come back.

As Advertised - Beautiful - Excellent

This home is exactly as advertised! The view from the pool is beautiful... nothing but mountains and a few cows in the distance. The Firepit was great to sit around, laugh and relax… the stars were amazing! The home is very clean, stocked with games (cornhole, cards, foosball, frisbee golf) and household items (kitchen and bathroom). The response time from the owner was minutes and the entire process was fantastic!

Great place for a family

We really enjoyed our stay and the house is just as it is pictured--lots of living space for our 2 families! The kitchen and living room are spacious and the bedrooms are very nice. The only thing is I counted the living room sleep sofa in for bedding but we did not find it was a sleep sofa. Otherwise, all was perfect and enjoyed by all--including a wonderful fire pit!!

start planning your visit!

Our girls’ weekend at Rock Spring Mountain Farm could not have been more perfect! The location was beautiful and tucked away, allowing for an incredibly peaceful and private setting. We were within 30 minutes of each of our destinations, including wineries, breweries, and downtown Charlottesville which allowed us to make the most of our time away. The home itself was sparkling clean when we arrived and offered every amenity we needed while sleeping 11 women (ages 26-60) quite comfortably ☺️ The back deck was a great hangout spot for games with a picturesque view, and we honestly could not have asked for more! Thank you so much to Randy for his prompt responses, recommendations, and for being a very attentive host! We hope to come back sometime soon and recommend that you do the same!

Great farmhouse for family reunion

Farmhouse was exactly as advertised and as in pictures. Super clean and well organized -- all the amenities you could want, well labeled, for a great weekend family reunion. Plenty of bed space well distributed, proximity to Charlottesville was great. We even used the firepit. As Randy, the owner said, the only thing guests need to bring is food. Randy was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect mountain farmhouse getaway!

Girls weekend away

This property was extremely clean and well cared for and ready for us when we arrived. The owner was very responsive and even brought us farm fresh eggs and a bag of coffee beans. There were plenty of places to sleep and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 10 women. Everything worked as it should. The only problem we had was with the tv. We never could get it to work, even after calling the owner. However, this could easily be attributed to operator error. We loved our stay and would recommend to everyone! Cannot wait to go back!

Skii trip to wintergreen
