Work from the beach, or bring your family or friends. Relax, unwind and have fun! The home, is walking distance to food, the beach, Del Mar Race Track…etc. pull the map and look at the location. The restaurant’s near the property are amazing, and walkable. It feels like a home! You can rent bikes, surf boards, electric bikes, whatever your heart desires ..it’s right down the street. The properties only stairs are to the second floor. The beach access is either across the parking lot, or accessible through Dog Beach. You can walk for miles, if you like-you can walk to the beach in Del Mar beach and have lunch! This Townhouse features 2 Primary Bedrooms with King Memory Foam mattresses for ultimate comfort. (No one wants to leave their comfy bed to sleep on something that lacks comfort and support.) The first Primary has a walk-in closet and attached bathroom with a large shower! The second king room shares a bathroom with the middle bedroom. This room features a trundle/bunk bed- with 2 twins and a full mattress. These mattresses are as comfortable as the King rooms. There is a half bath downstairs with a full washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a built-in microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, R/O. The Dining room can seat up to 7 people comfortably. The living room has a comfortable, beautiful aesthetic with a place to work, eat, or play games while you watch T.V. Each bedroom, and the living room has large Smart T.v.’s. We provide Streaming capabilities along with Hulu/Amazon prime. The internet is 500Mb. This Neighborhood has 4 pools - 2 are right on the ocean*2 Jacuzzis*Tennis Court*Small gym*Grills t/o*Clubhouse lounge area right on the Ocean*Underground Covered Parking*Gated Community for privacy! 1 car parking in the garage. Great 4th of July spot

Our family of 5 vacationed here over the July 4th holiday. Plenty of spots on the beach (especially since sand was added to extend the shoreline) and Del Mar Fair fireworks were a short walk away. The property is very conveniently located on the complex, right by the entrance gate, pickleball courts, pool & jacuzzi! Beds were comfortable, shower items were appreciated and we liked having the smart TVs for casting. Plenty of info in the house binder, which came in handy when we apparently tripped a breaker. Tracey was great to communicate with as well! We would love to stay here again :)

Fantastic Location

The place was great. It was clean, and was completely as advertised. Having said that, I don’t travel to sit in the rental… and this place had a terrific location. There were wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Same for shopping. At low tide, you can walk down to the dog beach, walk along the beach and come back via the private access and it’s exactly one mile. We, and our dogs, had a delightful stay and would stay here again

SENSATIONAL IN SOLANO !

We had a fabulous time! Property was immaculate. Upgraded very organized instructions on check-in and check out plenty of towels even had boogie boards for my grandchildren for beach. Plenty of space grill outside property was a plus pools were close along with Jacuzzi. Beach was beautiful and accessible, close to shopping, restaurants, and Delmar fair! Great host with all the most! We shall return

A welcome getaway

My family and I all agreed that we when we return to the San Diego area we would like to stay in this property again. It is well located for the beach and access to restaurants, Whole Foods and the expressway. It is in excellent condition, clean and airy. Winter 2023 get away

We enjoyed our seven week stay at the property. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen items (dishes, glasses, etc). and beautifully decorated. Very nice beach feel. The location was short walk to the beach, pickle ball courts, swimming pool., etc. There were several eateries close by to either walk to or reached with a short drive. My one complaint is that the VRBO description should state there is no Live TV (no local CBS, NBC, ABC, ESPN, etc) available in the unit. The 3 TVs in the unit do offer streaming apps to connect to though. The property manager was very helpful when we needed to extend unexpectantly our stay a week.

Absolutely Amazing

My family had originally planned a 2 week vacation to Florida (Yes in October, I know... I know...). Due to the absolute terror of hurricanes Milton and Helene, we had to pivot our vacation. Still wanting a beach vacation, we were able to find this absolute GEM for a last minute switch. The house was clean and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the beach is incredible. There were plenty of chairs and towels available for the beach. The sunsets will take your breath away. Being walking distance from restaurants, bars/breweries and shopping was definitely a plus. If I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would. I will be keeping this location in mind for the next trip to San Diego. 100/10!!!

Beautiful Property - Comfy and fun!

We were staying in Solona for some family time. We enjoyed the beautiful condo and location. We hosted a couple small family gatherings, and it went great. Had small children along with adults for a NY Day football event. Kitchen well equipped to cook and serve a group. TV's work great and all furnishing comfortable. Lots of towels, dishes, and glassware. Really enjoyed the location, watching the sunsets and access to all north county has to offer. Communication with Tracey was great, and access to the unit simple. The covered parking for two vehicles also a plus. We are avid cyclist, and riding the 101 either North or South absolutely stunning. We travel a lot, and this is a place we would go back to. Thanks for the great place to land for a week!
