About this property

All New; Clean and Gorgeous in Branson! Fish from resort, golf view!

Beautifully updated space in a bright corner unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Come to the lake to fish or just relax! Sit on the porch in the morning and watch the golfers enjoy the course.

All spaces are updated and linens are new. We strive to provide clean, comfortable, and deluxe accommodation to make your stay memorable!

This is an open concept space decorated and with your comfort in mind. The condo has been completely updated and all of the comforts of home have been provided. There is a queen bed in the private downstairs bedroom and a CAL king in the upstairs loft bedroom. In addition we have a self inflating air mattress which can be used in the living room. Wa accept up to a maximum of six guests.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry friend. The resort has a 40lb restriction on dogs and we must adhere to that guideline. There is a $75 pet fee which will be charged separately after you book the property. Please let us know about your dog when booking. Pets must be kept from barking and must be crated if left alone in the condo.

The wonderful Fall Creek Marina is only a quick walk or drive from the condo - enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer. You can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Fall Creek Marina is located on the upper end of Lake Taneycomo, about 2 miles from Table Rock Dam. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes in the country

This condo was great. It had everything you needed. In a quiet area not far from any of the attractions Branson has to offer. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay!

Great place!

This property was in the perfect location! Easy to get to all the main attractions. The inside was exactly as shown and extremely clean. We had a run in with wasps coming up the stairs but through no fault of the owners but when i contacted the property management, they sentsomeone over within minutes to clear the wasps out from stair well outside the building. To me that was TOP NOTCH customer service!

Great space and location

Great price for our family! The condo is perfectly located to the nearest attractions. We enjoyed our stay with our family of four and pet! Lots of grassy areas for walking our dog. If the facility had a fenced in dog area it would be THE only place we’d stay while in Branson.

Perfect location! What a gem!

Cute, clean condo!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the condo. It was cute, clean, and perfect for our family of four and fur baby. My only recommendation would be a more comfortable mattress on the downstairs queen bed. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Floors need to be cleaned.

Really need to change the number of people able to stay there to 2 adults and for a shorter period than we stayed (5 days). Too big of furniture takes up valuable space.

Good but small

The property is in the middle of a large complex and about a five minute drive to marina and lake. It’s an older condo that has had some updates. The deck is small concrete and older on top of other unit annd right next to neighbors so not a lot of privacy overlooking the golf course out the back of condo. There are hundreds of condos and small older properties within the complex. It is a good 25 to 30 minute drive to the action of Branson. Fishing at marina was good and the gentleman at the marina was very helpful to our son getting him set up to trout fish.

Overall, the property was updated and very clean. However, the showers leave something to be desired. Both could use a hand held shower as the shower necks are way too short even for an average height person. Literally have to bend over backwards in both to get a shower. The shower in the top floor bedroom is extremely tight and would be difficult for a shower in the top floor bedroom is extremely tight would be difficult for a larger person to fit in comfortably. Also, the first floor bedroom mattress is extremely firm and uncomfortable. In that same room, the window has no blind or the skylight and by 5:30 in the morning that room is completely lit up, allowing no one to sleep. Lastly, would recommend requesting first floor unit as going up and down the stairs to the second floor gets tiresome.

What makes this property unique

A car is a must when visiting Branson, and there is ample parking in front of the condo. You have full use of the entire condo and private patio. There are shared bbq grills in the complex to which you have full access. Enjoy the grounds with morning walks - the road ends at the beautiful Fall Creek Marina which is open to the public and offers boat rentals, fishing pole rentals and has a fantastic deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo.

There are stairs to this condo. This home has a standard hot water heater and you will need to account for that much like in your own home. If you run out of hot water, please wait 45 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers etc.
