Beach access is just around the corner!
Conveniently located in the heart of Sunny Isles you will have banks, pharmacy, beauty salons, Publix supermarket, shopping, great restaurants, and playgrounds all around the block!

• Please no leaving the balcony doors open at any time with the A/C on.
• It is a family residential building that does not allow parties in the pool or in the condo.
• If you smoke in our balcony, an ashtray must be used, never throw your cigarettes butts from the balcony. There is also no smoking inside the apartment or at the pool.
• Guests are not permitted to hang their clothes or towels on the rails of the balcony.
• If you do have special request needed for your stay - please feel free to reach out, we might be able to provide it for your dates of stay.

The property is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the location near Oleta River State Park. Lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The property manager/owner are very good at communicating the details of the property etc. prior to arriving. I would highly recommend this Vrbo.

Fantastic

The condo is perfect for a family beach vacation. It is very well equipped with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed all the beach equipments and beach toys for the kids. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to amazing restaurants and coffee places. We highly recommend this place for a family vacation. We will be back!

Great location

Great location, Very short walk to the beach. Check in process was easy. Ample Amount of beach, chairs, and towels, However, unit was clearly not cleaned. Well as there were stains on dressers, nightstands floors, and bathtub. Also was only given three trash bags for seven night stay.

Great for Families

We were so impressed by this property. The condo was beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed in addition to a highchair for our toddler. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Indeed, the walk to the beach was just a few minutes. We also appreciated the beach and pool gear such as a wagon, towels, and some pool toys. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great vacation.

The condo is a spacious and bright corner unit. It has great views with two large balconies. The location is about a five minute walk to the beach. We were provided with all necessities for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a wagon to pull all the equipment. The kitchen area is well equipped Having a big screen TV is a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Maria was a wonderful host. She was very attentive to our needs.

Property was as described but unfortunately I was disappointed after checking out

We stayed for four nights the property is as described and the kitchen has everything you need it was also cleaned well when we arrived. There is valet parking for one vehicle. The location is nice close to the beach. There is a $150 registration fee before you check in but it is in the information. My disappointment came when the owner wanted to charge us $75 for a shade that fell because it was installed with plastic anchors that are used to put up pictures and she said w a chair was broken the chair was wobbly and falling apart when we arrived.

Perfect

We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. With six adults we had enough space to be together but also have privacy. We loved the area and there were great food and the beach in a short walk. Literally across the street from the beach. Next time we may forego renting a car as driving here is very cumbersome. The pool was great and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Thanks for having us!

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Nice touches throughout. Beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs and wagon provided were wonderful for going across to the beach. 5 adults had plenty of room to be together and had our own space too. I wish you didn't have to have valet parking for your car but that is not something the owner can do anything about.
