Large house for big groups

We had a nice trip with 18 people. The house is big enough to fit even more people. The equipment was really good with a bar, an industrial style kitchen with big enough machines so cleaning for such a large group was easy, a tv/couch area, raclette devices, a beamer and some more stuff we didnt use. The access to the pond was very nice, in summer with good weather it is probably even more beautiful. The sauna and whirlpool area was also very nice, of course not big enough to fit 20 people but we could manage that pretty good. Also the communication through the concierge service was excellent, if anything was unclear we got a quick solution and they offered a breakfast service so we got fresh bread and baguettes every morning.Thanks again for the nice stay!

Wir hatten uns alle (15 Mann ) ĂŒber 3 Monate auf diesen Trip und den Aufenthalt gefreut. Als wir ankamen und ins Haus gingen kam uns sofort ein extrem ekelerregender Fischgeruch entgegen. Das ganze Haus roch danach und wir mussten erstmal komplett stoßlĂŒften. Der Geruch kam aus der KĂŒche, hinter einer verschlossenen TĂŒr, wo wir Tag ein Tag aus unser Essen machen mussten und der Geruch ist auch nicht abgeflacht, die KĂŒchentĂŒr musste immer geschlossen gehalten werden um den Geruch einzudĂ€mmen.Wir haben sofort den HauseigentĂŒmer kontaktiert und es kam eine Person die zu allen Übel kaum bis gar kein Englisch konnte.Hinzukommt, dass wir die Hausverwaltung gefragt haben was hinter der TĂŒr ist und diese die TĂŒr nicht öffnen wollte. Die Kommunikation war unter aller Sau und geholfen wurde uns auch nicht. Der Pool draußen war dreckig, die TĂŒren gingen an manchen Orten nicht ganz zu und die Heizungen gingen in manchen Zimmern nicht. Wir waren im Dezember da also kann man sich die Temperaturen vorstellen. Uns wurde fĂŒr all dies eine EntschĂ€digung seitens der EigentĂŒmer versprochen, wahrscheinlich nur um uns abzuwimmeln denn bisher (2 Wochen spĂ€ter) antwortet niemand, weder auf Anrufe noch auf WhatsApp Nachrichten. Alles in allem sind wir sehr enttĂ€uscht gegangen wir haben uns was anderes vorgestellt, vor allem fĂŒr den Preis. Absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen es gibt sicherlich schöne HĂ€user und bessere Veranstalter in der Gegend. Bitte ĂŒberlegt es euch gut bevor ihr hier bucht.
