family friendly villa with private garden and pool
Fully furnished and renovated 3 bedroomed villa in the quiet Arıkbaşı area of Dalyan which gives you chance to profit from the nature. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and privacy, that is exactly for you. It has easy access to Dalyan which takes around 15 minutes walking distance to the center.
It has private swimming pool and garden.
The villa is situated in 550m2 land area. The downstairs of the villa is around 60m2, on the main floor you will be welcomed by living room then kitchen area. In addition to them, there is extra room for washing machine and iron equipments. In this floor, there is a modern bathroom with toilet and shower. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Main bedroom has private bathroom with shower and toilet. There is one more bathroom with shower and toilet for common use for second and third bedrooms. Total living area of our villa is around 120m2.
Regarding the outside of it, there is a large camellia at the back side of the living room and you can access to the swimming pool directly.
All kinds of kitchen equipments are available in the home for the guests who want to make their own cooking. In the living room there is a table for 6 persons. There is also another table outside with 6 chairs who want to eat there. By the way, our lovely villa is fully renovated in 2021.
Each bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.
