The Cedar Rock Townhomes at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are a pair of custom-designed, timber framed duplexes situated at an elevation of approximately 3,500 feet and uniquely positioned looking out on Grandfather Mountain sunrise views and sunset views overlooking the Tennessee Valley. The property offers 6 master suites and two large kids bunk rooms on 3 levels spread between two separate townhomes. In addition, each side features a spacious Great Room with a floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace, a large kitchen and dining area, downstairs den with billiards, 2 open decks, and a hot tub on each side. The homes are perfect for comfortably accommodating multiple families visiting together and each come with a single-car garage guests have access to.

The Lodges at Eagles Nest is a world-class 3,000+ acre master-planned development with altitudes over 5,200 feet framed by spectacular 360-degree mountain views as far as the eye can see. The natural features of the property include acres upon acres of undeveloped green space and pastures, rushing streams, waterfalls, massive boulder formations, abundant wildlife and much more.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
-This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $50 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity access fee, depending on number of guests a home sleeps, in order to maintain the facilities and features that guest have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
- Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
- The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a series of concerts open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee with cash bar for food and drinks.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
