This large mountain estate holds 6 private bedrooms and ample bathroom space, with the master bedroom on the main level, a private suite above the garage, and a bonus room on the lower level for indoor entertainment and games. There is easy access to the balcony overlooking the yard, perfect for relaxation. Located close to the Watauga River, this home is situated perfectly, only a 15 minute drive to Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock.

*All-wheel or 4-wheel drive strongly recommended in the winter months.
*please be aware some outdoor amenities may be unavailable due to weather conditions

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The trash dump is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7am-5pm. please keep this in mind. any trash left over will result in a $75 clean up fee
Please strip the sheets and leave them on the floor of the room that they were in. Please place used towels in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
