Cute house. Cleaners missed a press on nail and some goop in the bottom of the master shower floor. See picture. Didn’t find the nail until I was already in the shower. Noise from the car wash behind the master was pretty annoying late at night and in the early morning. Would have been nice to have some variety in coffee and some real creamers. Hated that I had to open up all the plastic packets to get to powdered creamer. Kitchen trash can hard to get into.

Cancelled our stay at midnight the night before check in

They cancelled our booking the night before our check in at midnight. I was receiving text messages from someone on their property management team, so when I messaged VRBO they had no accounts of what was going on. They were telling me to cancel on our end & rebook through VRBO with another property of theirs. Finally at midnight they messages through VRBO & the VRBO support confirmed our visit was cancelled. They kept telling us to rebook with another property, the other property wasn’t even available the days we needed & was exceedingly more expensive. I would not recommend this visit. We were traveling with our 2 & 3 year old & were left scrambling in the middle of the night, literally, to find a new place.

in town to see family

The house was clean & a nice size. We needed bath mats & more towels & the team was responsive to my request in a timely manner. There needs to be a full-length mirror in the house. We are short people so I suggest lowering the towel hooks in the master bath. Overall, it was a nice stay.
