I truly love spending time in San Antonio. This vibrant and festive city offers so much to see and do. I spend my summers up north, so I especially look forward to enjoying the beautiful winter months here in sunny San Antonio. During that time, I enjoy playing tennis, riding my bike, puttering in the garden, bird watching, and simply relaxing in the wonderful climate.

Inside, the home is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort and gathering. The spacious great room features a large sectional that comfortably seats 8–10 people, making it the perfect place for family movie nights, relaxing conversations, or hosting visiting friends and relatives.

The primary bedroom suite feels like a private spa retreat. With 22-foot ceilings, surround sound, romantic lighting, and a luxurious two-person Jacuzzi tub, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring San Antonio.

Upstairs, the second floor offers a bright, refreshing atmosphere and a private marble balcony—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply take in the quiet surroundings. The loft workspace provides a comfortable desk area if you need to check in on work or use your laptop during your stay.

For golf lovers, the location is hard to beat. The driving range and putting green are just a short walk away, and on peaceful mornings you can watch—and even hear—golfers playing the signature hole from the second-floor balcony.

The backyard includes a third patio, offering yet another quiet outdoor retreat. It’s wonderfully shaded on summer mornings and a cozy sun-filled space during the cooler winter afternoons.

And for those who appreciate nature, the property is alive with the gentle sounds of birds singing in the surrounding trees, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
