We enjoyed our stay! The apartment had plenty of room for our group (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Having two bathrooms was also a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few easy meals when we decided to stay in and there was a small grocery store close by. The apartment is just a short walk from several different metro stations so it was very easy for us to get everywhere we wanted to go and see all of the sights. (Montmartre is one of our favorite areas of Paris and also a walkable distance away if you don't mind walking uphill).

Thank you, Stephanie, for sharing your delightful experience! It's great to hear that the apartment provided ample space and amenities for your group. We're pleased that the convenience of having two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen added to your comfort, making your stay more enjoyable.
We're thrilled you took advantage of the nearby metro stations to explore the vibrant city of Paris and that you enjoyed the proximity to Montmartre. It's always satisfying to hear when guests appreciate the apartment's location. We hope to welcome you back for another memorable visit in the future!
Best wishes,

It’s not an elegant neighborhood. Far from Metro and major tourist destinations. Kitchen and bathrooms are nice, but the rooms are very dark. We did not appreciate using the same towels for 9 days. There is a washer but no dryer. Mice were running around at night. Would NOT Recommend it!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
We had no issues with booking the property before hand nor communication with the host. This changed when we encountered problems.I was messaged prior to check in time that the cleaned had reported that the freezer door wouldn’t shut. The host asked for this to be clarified. When we entered the apartment, the freezer door was ajar, there was water on the floor and drawers were frozen shut. Also, we were unable to connect to the WiFi.This was messaged to the host. In the meantime, we contacted the emergency number provided. We were told to turn the WiFi on and off. We had already tried this numerous times with no success. We were told an engineer would come round to sort the freezer out. We weren’t told when.We were not contacted then for the remainder of the stay.No engineer came during our stay. We were without WiFi and a freezer the entirety of our stay. There was record heat in Paris throughout our stay.I contacted VRBO to try to sort out the problems. They were unable to contact the host despite using various phone numbers. They also emailed the host asking how we would be compensated. We didnt hear anything else from either the host/the agency responsible for the apartment to VRBO.Otherwise we had no other problems with the apartment. But having no WiFi impacted our ability to plan during the holiday and having no freezer during extreme heat added to our problems. This is the 1st time I have used VRBO and I won’t use again if they don’t resolve the situation.
