Vacation in Paris

This is a very nice property that is conveniently located near a metro station. We arrived the first day and exited the station the wrong direction without realizing it so request the exit direction from the property manager to make things easier. Lots of bakeries nearby with delicious pastries that made morning a treat. Grocery and other stores are conveniently nearby for easy meals and getting anything else that may be needed. Kitchen was appropriately outfitted with appliances and utensils that made cooking in easy. The wash machine was convenient but the self-drying function still put clothes out damp. If counting on the washing your clothes during your stay, give yourself a day to hang dry clothing especially on hot humid days. Overall we are satisfied with our stay at this unit.

Small Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

This apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the metro met our needs, as five adults visiting Paris for the first time. The kitchen/living room is spacious and has the essentials. The three bedrooms are very small, hardly bigger than the beds, so little room to manage luggage. Master bedroom has a toilet with shower (needs some attention to repair the toilet) and the other two bedrooms share a toilet on the hallway, as well as a separate shower/washroom, also on the hallway. Very tight quarters. As a caution, all three bedrooms have either a skylight or a window, but no windows opening to the street, so the only exit in case of fire is through the front door to the street. I was unable to discern this layout from the apartment description. The location was good for the reasonable price, about a 30-minute metro ride to the central Paris sights.

La propreté laissait à désirer. 1 rouleau de papier de toilette pour deux toilettes. 1 seule sac à vidange. Des fourmis au sol dans la cuisine. Nous avons rapporté l’incident à l’hôte et aucun retour de sa part. L’appartement est par contre bien situé, dans un quartier familiale et sécuritaire.

Très, très déçu !

Appartement qui n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée (nous sommes arrivés 15 minutes après l'heure prévue) et nous avons donc pu assister à la fin du ménage qui a été un sketch ... Une fois que nous avons pris réellement possession des lieux, nous avons découvert un appartement très sale avec pleins de désagréments. Linge de lit rempli de poils et tâché, matelas complètement tâchés et dégoûtants, mauvaise odeur, pas de papier toilette, ni sac poubelle, ni produits d'accueil (eau, capsules café) pourtant prévus à priori : On devait nous les apporter mais rien ... et personne n'a jamais répondu ensuite à nos différentes sollicitations (propriétaire, conciergerie ou les 2 (?) se foutent complètement du monde ! On ne peut pas mettre zéro à cette partie et c'est très dommage). On passera sur le manque de vaisselle, les choses qui "trainent" dans les fausses plantes et la bouteille sous le lit (preuve encore une fois d'un gros ménage), le cache de certaines prises électriques manquantes, les ustensiles de cuisine non adaptés aux plaques de cuisson (très pratique pour cuisiner !), le moisie dans les douches ... On pourrait faire un roman. L'appartement soit-disant rénové va "vieillir" vite et mal !!! Très déçu.

Eine praktische Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft im 12. Arrondissement ist gut gelegen. Recht nahe bei der U-Bahn Station Bel-Air. Weiter gibt es preiswerte Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Die Ausstattung der Küche erlaubt die Zubereitung eines Frühstücks, jedoch nicht einer grösseren Mahlzeit. Für einen Wochesufenthalt eine angenehme und praktische Wohnung.

appartement au calme proche du métro

très bien pour un weekend. nous étions 6, un 7éme n'aurait pas posé de souci. la nombre des sanitaires est très appréciable et apporte du confort.
