Near The Q Center, Herrington Inn & Spa, Riverside, Eagle Brook Country Club, Hotel Baker, Lamplight Equestrian.

Expect all new cookware, dishes, kuerig, a French press, rice steamer, instaPot, blender. The bike path is just 3 blocks away. We provide bikes! Can sleep up to 6 via Queen air mattress for 5th and 6th guest. Strong WIFI, pack n play, high chair, coin laundry available.

External security cameras at door & public coin laundry area for your security. No pets.

Note: Approx 8 stairs to the apt. This large home was converted into apts. You may hear other occupants. Guests under 25+ years of age not accepted without owner approval. Refunds are not given for guests failure to read the property description or contract., for early departure, nor for inclement weather.

It was centrally located to my various family members who live in the surrounding towns. And when we had downtime to ourselves we appreciated being close to shopping and restaurants (love Bangkok) or just hanging out in the house watching movies and talking. It's felt like a home away from home.

Two couches / seating areas gave us amble room to spread out and be comfortable while relaxing in the evening. Large bathroom made sharing easy. Fully stocked kitchen with many bowls / appliances / etc. Host extremely helpful with last minute change to extend our stay. This was our fifth time staying in one of the apartments - will definitely be back again!!! Very clean as well.

Home from home

The property was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need. The kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances, which we didn’t have time to take advantage of! Downtown Geneva and the train are a 5 min drive or 20 min walk - we did both. All in all a lovely visit and we’d stay again!

If you are looking for an extremely clean, and welcoming property, this is it!!! I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was spotless. The ease of accessibility and contact with the host/manager of the property was extremely easy and her responses were within minutes. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (a little hike, but if you like to walk it is doable) from downtown Geneva. We loved our stay so much we are coming back.

We were in a bind when a different company cancelled our rental two weeks before our reservation, as it was going to be our bridal party hub for our friends wedding. This place was incredibly clean, well stocked, spacious, and even more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood was so lovely and quiet, and close to everything. The host was extremely helpful in answering every question we had, and very accommodating with our last minute changes. So grateful to have found this place, it was perfect!

Second stay!

Well, since this was my second time staying at this property, that says it all! I am a very picky person and this property is spotless! Cita is a pleasure to work with. Should you have any questions/concerns she answers within minutes. The property is also a mile walk to downtown Geneva and a very short car ride. Bikes are also available if you want to bike around. You will not be disappointed in this property!

The interior was decorated nicely and everything was very clean. Cita was very helpful and responsive in communication. The boiler does make tapping noises at night but the sound machines in each room helped drown out the noise. There were also earplugs provided for those that the noise may affect. I thought everything was well thought out. We had a great stay, thank you Cita!

Beautifully decorated, clean,and felt like home. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved the dishwasher. The window units keep it cool at night if they are left on during the day. The sheets are smooth and soft. There are plenty of towels and hangers. The bed is memory foam so the mattress does hold heat. The host was great! She responded right away. It can be very quiet, unless people are home and active in the other apartments. The TV is a great size, but you need to sign into your own accounts in order to watch Hulu or Netflix, etc. Overall, a lovely place to stay!
