Absolutely the cleanest rental I have ever been in. I didn’t read the description when I booked. I just booked based on location and 3 separate rooms to sleep in. We had plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. We were only there for breakfast and lunch. The location is great if you want to walk around in Geneva.Jeff is a great host who responds quickly to questions.Two negatives- no central air or heat. Window AC in the kitchen and fans to blow it around to other areas. Heat is radiators. Second is parking. The driveway is slightly steep and has limited space. I would stay there again especially if I wanted to go to one of Geneva's many festivals.

We loved the location to downtown. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Far enough though that it is quiet to sleep and enjoy some relaxing at the apartment.

Great location!

My mom, aunts and I stayed a few nights to visit family in Geneva and this house was perfect. The proximity to downtown is awesome- just a quick walk down the block to shops, restaurants, and night life. The house was the perfect size for the four of us and it was clean.
