To whom it may concern:
Rather than writing out a long bad review with pictures on the internet I thought I’d reach out to you and request half of the payment we made for the following reasons:
The place was filthy. While I understand you have a cleaning crew, there was so much more than just that. The pictures portrayed this place to be something it is not. I’ll include them in this email as well. There were multiple food particles on the walls and doors, there was an inch of dust on pictures throughout the condo, not to mention the ceiling fans. The air filter for the AC has not been changed in a LONG time. Your hot water heater in that closet also has a leak. The filter caused my sons asthma to act up and we had to get medicine for him as well. There were NO BLANKETS we had to go purchase those.
The elevator didn’t work half the time, the gates to the pools were broken, and the pools also filthy. I realize those are common areas that you can’t necessarily control 100% rather than the list above about the condo but I’m sure you pay a portion to that to have it maintained so just a heads up.
We tried to find another place to stay but sadly could not so that’s why we are only asking for half the money back rather than a full refund. We even went so far as to ask a hotel down the road of our kids could just swim in their pool for a day because it was so bad and they let us.
