Recently and fully renovated, the house offers breathtaking views over Utah Beach Bay, stretching all the way to Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, as well as the beautiful Norman countryside.

The west-facing garden at the rear of the house is fully enclosed and well sheltered from the wind. It is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy sunny evenings.

Upon arrival, you will discover warm and inviting living spaces, thoughtfully decorated throughout. The living room overlooks the sea through a stunning floor-to-ceiling picture window and features exposed wooden beams, while the dining area offers the cosy atmosphere of a pellet stove. From the comfort of your sofa, enjoy uninterrupted panoramic sea views through the impressive glass frontage.

The house is equipped with a TV, board games, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, also enjoys panoramic east-facing sea views. It features a 160 x 190 cm double bed and an open en-suite bathroom with a shower and washbasin.

Upstairs, two charming attic bedrooms offer a cosy retreat. The blue bedroom faces the sea, while the green bedroom overlooks the garden. Each room is furnished with two 70 x 190 cm single beds, allowing circulation space within these characterful sloping-roof rooms.

The newly fitted and cleverly designed kitchen opens directly onto the garden. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishes and cookware, two induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a Senseo coffee machine.

A second bathroom on the ground floor includes a bathtub, washbasin, and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

Above the kitchen, a small mezzanine nook beneath the eaves provides an additional sleeping area.
